They app doesn’t load and when it does it doesn’t work
Just what the title says. Worked a single time, then nothing.
Nothing happens when I open FamilyFeud . Signed up for a new account, confirmed the email, but app doesn’t load when I open it; just a black screen. Disappointed!!!
Literally one of the worst companion apps I’ve ever used. It’s not even about getting it onto the tv. It won’t even launch the 100 plus times I’ve tried. Such a disappointment

You cannot sign up for anything if it doesn't send you a confirmation email. Terrible.

I downloaded FamilyFeud and got very confused and frustrated
Just keeps crashing. Looks like fun but so far just frustration.
App never worked. Close it out a dozen times and it will not work.
I tried for hours to get this game to work. FamilyFeud doesn’t work online or FamilyFeud . Customer service was closed of course.
Verified email twice and still say to activate account after verifying email
Don’t bother downloading, a long time ago I payed for FamilyFeud and they completely screwed it up since then
Just got this for Christmas. First, app wouldn’t load, then loaded to a blank screen. Finally, Steve Harvey appeared but when I pressed How To Play, app locked up. Will be returning to Target.
I wish I had a zero stars option. FamilyFeud does not work. The family is disappointed. We will be returning the game to the store.
Bought the Family feud. Downloaded FamilyFeud and it only shows a blue screen. Now I have wasted money on a game I can not play. So sad was going to play for New Year’s Eve party
I bought the game from Target and installed it on my iPhone 13 but the game will not fully load so cannot be played at all. Huge disappointment.
Bought this to play with the kids and neither FamilyFeud nor the website will load the menu screen. Waste of time & money.
Enjoy the first two or three rounds, because FamilyFeud will most likely crash before the fast money round. We’ve never actually made it that far in the four times we attempted to play the game.
Very disappointed, was very excited to play the game we spent $20 on, and we can’t because FamilyFeud does not work, freezes as soon as Steve Harvey appears on screen. Hopefully this gets fixed and we can enjoy the game.
This was awful and confusing (the technology). My spouse and I also both work in tech and are pretty techy. We finally gave up. Had some sad kids who didn’t get to enjoy a Christmas present they were excited about.
FamilyFeud won’t load.

App loads briefly with lots of lag then force closes. Not a lot of customer service help.
Absolutely ridiculous, others are right FamilyFeud is a mess, they want you to go to a physical Target store to get a code…what year is this??
Was worried after seeing all the bad reviews, but they must have done some updates cause we played three full rounds and had very few problems. There were some pauses where it looked like it was gonna freeze but it always got back going. Fun game!
Download app on phone and screen mirror to tv. You guys aren’t tech savvy like you say you are if you can’t even figure that out.
Apparently there were tons of problems in the past. But the game works just fine now. August 1, 2023.
