Doesn’t Work??? Stuck on loading screen??

I just downloaded this app for the first time excited to try it out and it is permanently stuck on a loading screen?? I can’t even access the app itself. I checked my settings to make sure I didn’t turn off permissions somehow but nope it’s just an app that shows you one loading screen. Waste of my time tbh.

I have a full bar wifi connection and the app still loads so slow. I’ve been trying to see the options for the other cameras and they won’t load. Every time I open this app I’m stuck in the loading screen.
