It won’t load

I paid for a week and it won’t do anything. It keeps telling me to verify my IG account and doesn’t give me any data. They won’t refund and claim you have to talk to Apple. Apple doesn’t give refunds. Developer says it will be fixed tomorrow. I’ll update my review if so. I can’t believe you are charging people for an app that does nothing. If you know it’s not working today, stop selling it.
Update: two days later I got a notification to update. I updated the app and it did work. About 30 mins later I got a notification from Instagram forcing me to change my password because there was suspicious activity on my account. At that point, I started to get the exact same error on the tracker app as I did before the update. I deleted it because it doesn’t work and I’m pretty sure it’s going to cause my IG to get deleted.
Can’t figure out features

I just purchased the three dollar payment on the app. I am having difficulties figuring out how to verify my Instagram account, every time it takes me to Instagram to make sure that I am logged in and verified, it takes me back into the app and says the same thing. This is preventing me from using the features that I purchased and I am not able to look at any statistics about my Instagram account.
My account has been temporarily locked!!!
