Upon installing the app all seems to be well. This is until you have the select options to cast. I chose cast to Windows PC and was given a sketchy HTTP link (which is less secure than https) and what seemed to be an IP address. Upon inserting the link into a browser I was greeted by a page that never loaded. YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING APOWERMIRROR even though that app is a little hard to use and practically begs for you to subscribe to their plan.
