What the heck??

It’s so weird, your ad popped up in the middle of somebody else’s game (annoying enough in itself), but what caught my eye was that it was literally showing SOMEONE ELSE’S GAME in your ad! I know it was someone else’s game because it’s a game called Mergedom that I’ve been playing for years so I had to come check it out and it’s not Mergedom at all but this game and the screenshots for this game don’t look like Mergedom (because it isn’t).
I don’t get this trend of advertising a totally different game than the one you’re actually trying to get people to play (pretty much all people ever do on Facebook and it makes no sense at all) but it has to stop. If you think your game is good, advertise *your* game, not somebody else’s!
Shame on you for making me think one of my favorite games had had an update!
Not connecting the server

It has been saying that account error since last two days, can’t open and play. What’s happening and wish there was a help center or something. I can’t delete the app cuz it also says that if I delete the app, all the progress I made won’t be saved. So what’s the solution?????
I dont know how how to reply to developer’s message, I can’t log in to game to look up my ID. It comes to the point that play bottom pops up, I press it and it says account err.
Broken after recent update

Recently updated the application and now it refuses to connect to whatever servers they have rendering it completely unusable. App support link on App Store directs to a dead end web page with a link to itself to “contact us”. Apple needs to require these types of links are actually useful to be allowed in the App Store. This is really low bar stuff.
