Please cancel my subscription
I need to get a refund because I unsubscribed the day the three day trial was up but it still charged me and I haven't even opened the app since the first day that I tried it I didn't like it and I was too busy taking care of my sick mother to remember to unsubscribe before the three days but I did it on the third day and like I said I was still charged. I need someone to help me with this ASAP! thank you and I hope to hear from someone very soon!!
There is word on social media that this app takes money from your account…is this true? Are you a subscription app? Although I saw no evidence of that.
Doesn’t work and paid version does not access all filters

So, the free trial period probably didn’t have the effect they wanted! The free version seemed great, tried the free trial because I wanted to access all filters and voila, the filters I liked best and used most often had VANISHED. Full version gives access to a larger selection of filters but still not all of them. Then, on the third day of the trial, I was deciding whether or not to cancel and found out the app no longer worked at all. Sometimes photos don’t load, and when they do load, the app says “template not found” and nothing happens. Tried deleting and reinstalling, same thing. Sorry, great filters but only if I’m allowed to get to them and then they work, which I can’t and they don’t. If you want my money fix it!

I downloaded this app to test out its features since I’ve seen it go viral. Well… this is the outcome. I was charged from my VISA card linked on my Apple Pay for $4 on one transaction, and $14 on another. I luckily caught it in time to delete the app but if I would have kept it I probably would have seen more than that taken out of my account in the morning. THIS IS NOT A JOKE! Do NOT download this app what so ever. It says it’s state providence is Florida but originally it was from Moscow or something like that. The owner of this app moved countries in order to fulfill there task since they have expansions over in Russia. Overall I hope this gets to someone and saves them from being scammed….

This app is fraud. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT attempt to get the free trail. You will just be charged. The app imagery is horrendous as well. I signed up to give it a shot and noticed immediately I was charged for the one year. After trying one picture, I realized it was a children’s app. Nothing compared to a Lensa for example or Adobe. Went to cancel the free trial within 5 minutes of signing up thinking ok maybe I’ll just get refunded. Nope, had to justify to Apple support because the app won’t refund you at all. Claim they can’t.
***Update *** The Company/Developers responded with a statement saying I’m responsible for canceling before my free trail was over and it was my fault. Well they obviously didn’t read my review because I had it for 5 MINUTES only before I cancelled it! It’s sad they attempted to blame me. Anyhow APPLE did the RIGHT THING and refunded me. I just hope this company gets charged back and don’t make a dime from me.
