How to fix FLYP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FLYP app on iPhone
Update FLYP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FLYP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FLYP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FLYP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FLYP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FLYP app issues:

Force Stop the FLYP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FLYP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FLYP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FLYP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FLYP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FLYP.

Fix FLYP unable to contact server/ FLYP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FLYP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FLYP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FLYP on android.
