How to fix Defendo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Defendo app on iPhone
Update Defendo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Defendo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Defendo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Defendo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Defendo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Defendo app issues:

Force Stop the Defendo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Defendo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Defendo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Defendo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Defendo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Defendo.

Fix Defendo unable to contact server/ Defendo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Defendo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Defendo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Defendo on android.
