Customer service is useless

Got AtriumCampusConnect b/c school asked to for the bus pass. It won’t add properly and I was denied access to the bus twice. Called the number and emailed and was told to wait. Waited for 24 hrs for them to send an email with a link… like y’all had me wait 24 hrs, denied me the bus, all for a link ? No thanks.

Absolutely useless

Only needed this to upload my id, well it won’t accept my JPEG so what’s the point. I don’t even get the option to press the upload button. Thanks for nothing.

AtriumCampusConnect is old and outdated. Nothing works and everything stalls. I’m sorry if you have to use AtriumCampusConnect because it will not work for you.

AtriumCampusConnect does NOT work. It continuously logs me out after saying Duo has “approved” my log in. Truly an inconvenience when you only have an online ID.

Can’t find my campus email address despite my university participation in Atrium Connect

Hi, my campus, East Central University, participates in Atrium Connect for me to view my meal plan information on the website, but I can’t access my information through the mobile app, because after I enter my university email address, I get an error that my email address can’t be found.
