I have recently purchased the annual subscription and I’m disappointed to say that the app does not function the way it was advertised. One of the major issues was not being able to reselect, edit or delete a habit that was previously used. It shows up as “Habit already exists” and I am unable to reuse the same habit again for future use. This makes your app extremely limited and even deceiving for users. For myself, the app is unusable. I’ve read your reviews and it seems like many users are voicing similar complaints and are experiencing the same problems. If I had known about the existence of these problems earlier, I would never have signed up for a paid subscription. Will these technical issues be fixed soon? Otherwise, I’d like to request for a refund for reasons mentioned above.

This app worked fine for me at first but then it deletes all my progress and changes my goals and makes me start over randomly. I paid for the entire year and I would like my money back . For a veteran with a tbi and cptsd this app is only helpful if it works properly. It’s actually now hindering my progress because I stopping using it bc I don’t want to have to randomly keep redoing all of my goals that throws me off track

I fully support everybody’s freedom to believe and practice whatever they want. But putting a bible verse to start my day WITHOUT THE OPTION OF REMOVING IT is forcing that on me. This doesn’t say it’s a *christian app* and I’d have more respect and probably not as bothered if you’d just be up front about it. Also why the horoscopes? Just a land of make believe over there—-neither of these things have anything to do with waking up or being productive so, it’s a no for me, dawg.

1. Alarm volume was at a 10, which is never a volume I did or would set. 2. Records “your” sleep - nope! Just a lot of audio of my boyfriend snoring. Which, fine, it picks up sound - but that’s one of the main features it boasts about. 3. Affirmation had a typo. Morning weather update consistently has grammatical errors. 4. Checklist never even activated. If it were free, I’d give it 3-4 stars.
But to PAY for this is insane!

Great until it stops working and makes you pay twice.

This app worked amazingly for one week before it glitched.

The alarm had been disabled but continued going off every minute. After uninstalling and reinstalling I was prompted to repurchase a subscription even though mine is still active.

Please fix this glitch ASAP I need this app to wake up in the morning.
