Unable to see, add, or edit links
I have been having this ongoing issue for several months now and nothing has been fixed. I’ve done all troubleshooting and nothing works. This is such a disappointment because I pay every month and linktree is benefiting me . They keep saying they updated the app However that’s not true. It takes days for customer service support to respond and they still can’t fix the problem. Please hire a professional web developer, you all get millions off of us consumers and put very little effort to fix this ongoing problem

Cant even use the app👎🏽
I can’t even login and I’m for a fact putting the correct info and everything. I see other reviews saying the same thing even as far back as in July so it’s crazy they haven’t fixed this issue yet. Ridiculous. The website crashed as well. Just gonna use some other company because the fact that this has been an ongoing issue makes it clear they probably don’t care about their customers enough to even fix it. This was a waste of my time.

No supper - App does not work
I submitted a review stating I could not use the app. Developer response was to reach out to support. After about two emails of me describing issue, as well as sending a video of the exact issue, the communication stopped. This has now been over a month. Don’t waste your time trying this app. If you do not see the log in screen and it’s expecting you to sign up for a new account you won’t be able to use it. Horrible support and a horrible app.
