Whatever changed, it wasn’t for the better. Now when I press log in the authentication window pops up and requires me to log in through there rather than directly through the app. When I log in and put in the right log in information it accepts it and automatically closes the window but returns me to the apps login page which remains the same. Terrible update. It’s not even doing the bare minimum now. Can’t even log in to access an existing account on the app? This needs to get fixed ASAP.

I have been having this ongoing issue for several months now and nothing has been fixed. I’ve done all troubleshooting and nothing works. This is such a disappointment because I pay every month and linktree is benefiting me . They keep saying they updated the app However that’s not true. It takes days for customer service support to respond and they still can’t fix the problem. Please hire a professional web developer, you all get millions off of us consumers and put very little effort to fix this ongoing problem

I can’t even login and I’m for a fact putting the correct info and everything. I see other reviews saying the same thing even as far back as in July so it’s crazy they haven’t fixed this issue yet. Ridiculous. The website crashed as well. Just gonna use some other company because the fact that this has been an ongoing issue makes it clear they probably don’t care about their customers enough to even fix it. This was a waste of my time.
