Couldn’t download videos, long pressed like the instructions say, and it only gave the option to save as a picture. Other app worked great, but you need to buy premium version to transfer files. I’m at a loss for a free app.

I was only able to download 2 videos of an 8 video series and it stopped working. Error message of ‘download failed’. Support doesn’t respond to emails. Don't waste $30 on this.

The downloads work but the folders are not working and crapping out. every time I try to rename my folders, it doesn’t change it. Please fix. Also, I don’t like to be forced to pay annual subscription. Please give us monthly options for $2.50 or $2.99 and other one time options so we are not stuck with the purchase if we no longer need to need it. Please improve and reconsider the subscriptions.

Float was working perfectly for a good amount of videos. But it suddenly stopped letting me download videos, instead download images popped up. I also have the premium version so I paid. It’s happening with every single video I want to download

At last! An app that performs a simple function that does not require a ridiculous subscription to activate. (Apple is horrible at weeding those charlatan developers out Float store) The UI is a little clunky, but totally forgivable. IT WORKS WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED!

Every time if I want to download a video that has 2160 or 1440 quality it just shows a black screen with nothing only the video audio can you fix this? (I like Float but I feel like it’d be better if you could get the max quality)

Float doesn't have anything hidden about what you can do with it. It doesn't lie about letting you download videos like other apps and it doesn't force you to buy premium just to save the videos to your phone's internal storage either. The ads are tolerable and the download speed is better than most apps I've used in the past.
