I’ve read the hints and taken photos and so far it hasn’t identified any of the plants correctly. Occasionally the plant is in the list of options. When it tells me buckthorn is oregano and does not even list buckthorn, I feel there is a problem. , I wouldn’t trust this app especially to distinguish poisonous from non poisonous

This app identified a green gecko lizard on a plain gray stone surface, as a fern plant. It identified a palm tree as one of five possible plant species, none of which were palms, and one of which was a saguaro cactus whose default picture in the app was displayed sideways. Needless to say, I deleted my account before the 7 day free trial ended. There are, for sure, better apps for plant identification. Resuming the search for a good reptile identification app.

I squealed when I found this app! As an animal and nature lover, I looked forward to embark in an ever learning experience.
Sadly, this is not what I got. I’ve teated the app with plants that I know, and it gives me the wrong answer. Yes, I’m centering my shot, the photo is on focus, and there isn’t anything in the background that could confuse the app.
I just found some bugs in my dogwood tree, and I wanted to know what they are. The app told me they were flowers!!! Like… what??? I’m so sad and dissapointed. I wanted to buy the lifetime membership, but not if it tells me the bugs on my tree are flowers!!!
