I rarely make a review but when you spend over a year waiting for answers to why the app doesn’t work, then charged for another year without any response then told they will help, and all you get is a long list of complicated loop holes only to extend your waiting time outside the window of refund is ridiculous. I spent thousands of dollars, countless hours, resources and time trying to make this work and was extremely disappointed, frustrated and would not recommend! It’s not user friendly and has a lot of limitations. No guarantee & good luck getting a refund!

Cannot add Google doc links after I was specifically told I could. I followed back up and they assured me someone would help. It’s been 5 months and I have not been able to do THE ONLY THING I DOWNLOADED THIS APP FOR! I’m at a loss of almost $500 and still have not figured out how to attach my Google docs, nor has anyone been able to give me the proper directions on how to do it.

I purchased the app for one simple purpose: to sell PDFs of my IP. I was promised multiple times the app was capable, but it wasn’t. I spent hours on video calls, creating content, etc; to no avail. Once the trial period was over, they stopped responding to my emails, but of course kept my money. NOTE: I have since figured out how to sell PDFs through my website (no extra charge) and it’s working great. Now I have to try to earn my wasted money through other means… Mystery Quilts Anonymous
