Would be nice if it wasn’t constantly broken

A friend recommended this about a year ago. It was nice at first, we let our regular group of dog park friends know when we were there. But then it doesn’t handle when we don’t remember to check it. At first it seemed it would check us out if we forgot. Now it just shows us checked in and when we try to check out and update number of dogs it just gives error message. If you try to skip that part and just check out - it gives error message. A few months back I contacted support to try to give them a chance to fix it. First I get a reply telling me how to check out. I explained that I knew how to check out I was trying to tell them their site was broken and kept giving me error messages. They fixed it within a few days, but then within days it was once again giving the error message.
My friend recently also tried to contact them. It was again fixed for a day or two but immediately same problem. Pretty annoying
No local users

This app has a long way to go if it wants to compete with the juggernauts of social media. Basically runs similar to Facebook back in 2008. But no real reason to use the app in my area because no one uses it. Even the website only boasts 100,000 users world wide. Running a social network thru the lens of your pet is a great idea. But instead of trying to get people to pay you $15/ month for advertising on a platform that only has 100,000 users (but not in my area.) I just don’t see the value yet. Not when search engines provides all the information this app provides. Grow your platform before asking your few users for money and their location data for advertisement purposes.
Loving the idea! But..

Love the idea of the app so far! It’d fairly easy to use. But a couple issues currently-
1, it only lets me add 3 dogs (I have 4, and a few friends have even more than that)
2, it’s not letting me add more pictures than one. One period, not even per dog. So finishing bios isn’t able to happen.
Can’t wait to finish trying it out when it’s daylight out and we have time to get up and go!
