I’m writing regarding a recent charge of $19.99 per week for the Minecraft PE Skins app. I was not aware of this subscription fee and was surprised to see it applied. I have since cancelled the subscription and we are happy to stop using the app immediately. I would appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation and advise whether a refund is possible for the recent charge. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end. Hi, I downloaded this app around yesterday and I started my 3-day free trial. Everything was going (kind of) smoothly and after hours I finally had made a skin that I was satisfied with. But when I go to export it, the template used as a reference for the placement will not remove. It only shows the template when I view the file… but when I go into creator/editor it doesn’t have the template. I have already tried toggling the template on/off in creator/editor mode and nothing has worked. I’ve spent hours trying to remove the template from my skin and nothing is working. There is no support page for the app, so I’m resorting to the App Store reviews I guess. If I don’t get a developer response and fix this problem within 3 days I’m just going to delete the app.. otherwise this app would easily be 5-stars. I’m really disappointed.

This app doesn’t let you do anything I mean you beg your skin but when you go to Minecraft the skin doesn’t work and it looks all jacked up do not get I don’t think they meant it but it doesn’t work just getting out where you get free migraines because this app don’t work i’m sorry to write a bad review but I have to be honest with you I’m not gonna scam everybody and I understand you guys try your best I love the App it just doesn’t work so I would like it if you made it to where it worked but I appreciate it anyways I’m gonna keep it even though it does nothing thank you for reading this and I hope you become very successful with your game.

I fully edited 2 sinks and for some reason the end products kept some of the colors of the skin I painted over.
One didn’t have this but when I loaded it to the game there was a white strip under the chin that isn’t on the model. While it could be the game, given that the other skin don’t properly save with the new texture. I am going to assume that it’s this app that isn’t saving the textures properly. When trying to edit the parts it doesn’t save the work done only a few pixels of color are saved and there is no way to edit them after. Nor can you edit more than one of the same body part so you have to delete it and start over…
Otherwise for a phone app this has good potential.
Though will be looking for a better app.
