Since it’s the holidays I’m broke and I can’t pay to remove ads which would fantastic right now because every time I try to watch an ad for money, gems or X2 I get the first video but after that it just keeps loading…black screen and then a loading circle, I have close out the game and it starts the day over and I’ve lost what I was doing and restarting the day stinks … I’m once that is fixed game will be great, or give me a treat and take away my ads 😂😂… Merry Christmas and happy new year 🎆

The basic game is enjoyable — hire teachers, upgrade your schools, boost your test scores. Unlike other prestige games, though, there’s very limited progression: once your school is 5* (which shouldn’t take more than a few weeks), you’re done. You’re occasionally (seemingly at random) given the opportunity to reset your progress, but there’s not much benefit to doing so, so all you really have left to do is login to collect your daily gems and unlock any remaining premium items that you want to save for. Worth noting: gem costs for classroom learning improvements, which you’ll need, increase as you prestige. No other gem costs scale, so buy those when your school is 1*. Other gem purchases, like extra staff, decor, and premium teachers remain the same, so you can buy those later. Also worth mentioning: while this is an idle game, your rewards are much higher when the game is open. Not really a negative so much as something to plan for as you’re upgrading your school, especially at higher prestige levels when the costs are higher.

I played this game until prestige 3 on the first location. I bought the 70% and the 4hr idle income. I wish I didn’t and I wish I listened to the previous reviews. This game is a bit boring. All you’re doing is upgrading and waiting. There’s no other interaction, unlike other tycoon idle games. The 4hr idle time doesn’t even give me the full 4 hours worth of income, so it wasn’t even worth purchasing. I wish I could get my money back. I’m intensely not impressed by this which is why I am writing a 2 star review. I didn’t give it 1, because it is a decent time waster when you’re bored and got nothing else to do, but it’s honestly not really worth playing. Super boring just waiting for money to flow in. Would be better if there were more interactions. Like maybe food fights, class tests, principal office visits with consequences.. things that happen in high school should be some pretty cool and fun interactions.

I’ve fiddled with a handful of “idle” style games over the years, and this is not one if the better ones.
* There are no options for active play other than watching advertisements and tapping a mess every 30sec to remove.
* Idle income only matters while IdleHighSchoolTycoon is active. Income while IdleHighSchoolTycoon is closed is a small fraction of the idle income while IdleHighSchoolTycoon is active, so much so that it is not worth factoring into upgrades at all.
* Ad watching is required from very early to progress. Sure, you can just let the game run… but again, it has to be the active app on your device for that to matter anyway. So why not just run ads on your phone the whole time? That seems to be the logic anyway.
* Janitor AI is horrible, and they often stand around staring at a mess you had to manually clean to avoid ruining the students’ mood for the day, rather than going to the unattended spill down the hall.
* The second school isn’t substantially different from the first, but due to the rotation, the students don’t seem to know how to face the correct direction in the cafeteria line. Obvious and should never have been published with this bug.

There are better idle games out there. It shouldn’t be hard to find one.

I love this game so much, I've had it for about a week now and it's so addicting an fun! A great thing about this game is that the creators didn't make it so you get ads every 5 seconds which is so nice. You actually don't get any ads unless you choose to watch one to get cash or boost income. Another great thing about this game is that it's not super slow to make money like a lot of idle games, you get cash at a good pace which is also very nice. Whoever is reading my review and you don't have the game yet, get it!

I LOVE the ad skip sold for this game. Genuinely useful and it does not make ads appear less frequently when you buy it.
You get all the benefits of the ads without the annoyances of constantly watching 30-second videos 😁

The just released fix to the daily/weekly calendar makes the game **even more generous**. When you unlock the super powered teachers, the next month (it takes 28 days to get all four free premium teachers) you are guaranteed 200 gems every 7 days of playing

I don’t know if a third school or more prestiges or even “research” will be added in the future but this is such a fun game and, again, BEST AD SKIP I HAVE SEEN.

After reading all the other reviews that point out the offline earnings are off, and seeing the developers copypaste response, I’m not impressed. When that many people are kindly pointing out a huge flaw it might be time to fix it! I just started the game. When I leave it running for a few minutes (2-5 at most) I can earn about 5k. However, when I close the game and am away for TWO OR MORE HOURS the game says I earned $400. Ummm… do the math. That’s not correct. Also the “watch videos for 2x money” doesn’t seem to change the offline earnings either. FIX THIS

Why is it so hard to get the knowledge that you need to get new things. I thought I would be able to get it with money so can you fix that please.

I like the idea. I love idle games. However, this is not an idle game. There is no idle earnings. I make more with IdleHighSchoolTycoon open. So that’s not a good start.

No matter how much I upgrade items with happiness, the students are always unhappy and my study is in the negative. I have things upgraded where every kid gets lunch, the bathroom, a locker, etc and they are still unhappy. A glitch? I dunno, but it’s stupid.

Also, the earnings are VERY slow. You have to watch ad after ad to have enough money for anything.

Lastly, the missions are few and far between. 7 consecutive days is only 25 gems and then 14 days is only $500! Like, c’mon. If you expect people to keep getting on, make the rewards worth out time.

So I was casually playing and I got my cash from a vid and then I look and it took down 9k from my cash and then I got mad cause I was gonna by the art class and it I kept watch ing vids to get so make sure that u watch your cash but download this game it’s pretty fun and make the ads like where u can skip em but good game

Don’t bother with this game. I had finished with the whole school and it still was not enough to move on to the next level. They have it set too high to move on. You end up watching the game play itself or you are forced to buy upgrades and see if that might work to go to the next level. You need 600 to move to the next level I have been at 594 for 3 days while the game plays itself. Not fun.
Don’t waste your time.

I personally love tycoons and this one was really fun in the beginning… until i realized how difficult it is to earn money and it makes it too slow paced. it’s especially irritating when i open the game and have only made about two hundred bucks or so which is practically useless because everything is expensive as you continue to upgrade.

This is not an idle game. You make virtually no money unless you leave the game open and running. Most idle games are meant to set up and leave and you make money outside IdleHighSchoolTycoon while it runs in the background. You’d think that by completing classrooms you’d make more money but nope, still making barely any money and I’ve almost completed the first location. Waste of time. Not even fun unless you want to watch a bunch of ads for little return.

OK so this game really really really good to the creators I just wanted to let you know you are doing a really really good job and I like this game and I think you guys should play it to. Have a good day or night 😁

Please add an update to where we can change the school schedule because I feel bad for the students going to school from 6:55 am to 5:30 pm. Please make my wish come true. That’s the only thing I want. Please.

It's a great game, yes the description was correct. 2 problems. 1. Too many ads. 2.The characters don't talk, and when a teacher is teaching, they just swing their arms and move around. Those are the only problems in the game. Great game overall.

I started today and I’m already having fun it’s funny tell me for some reason there’s not that much ads how do you think they will be

I think it’s really funny that if you’ve only got the first three classrooms; the teachers just leave while the students are just chilling in the classroom. Like all the teachers are just like “Y’all teach yourselves. Imma head out.”

This game is really fun BUUUT earning money takes time and like 7 ads that’s is kinda annoying but other than that the game is really fun

This game is so fun. Has the prestige rankings and everythig. However, i just want to know when there will be more schools? Ive already prestiged both the schools in the game to maximum. Are there more coming? Thats honestly the only reason i rated a 4.

The money rewards while away from the game is off! You have to keep the game open to make any money

The happiness levels of the students is wrong!

The points to level up takes for forever to go up or it fluctuates terribly! I have been trying for the past few days to get to a 600 rating but it won’t get there despite being at 100% completion in the entire school! So frustrating!

Could use to be able to hire janitors! The clean up takes too long

So I was just casually playing looking for money so I decided to do the ad. There wasn’t any way to get out of the ad so I just restarted my device. THEN WHEN I WENT BACK IN THE STARTING SCREEN CAME UP! I was on the history one but I just give up because it just going to be boring and tiring to do it all over again. Thank for the fun while it lasted

The zooming in and out doesn't work at all. When I try to zoom out it zooms me right into the floor and only works after a couple tries. Zooming in also glitches :/

Really enjoy playing the game and was wondering if your going to add sports facilities like basketball and football in the future updates?

It’s pretty fun watching your students walking around the school but it takes a really long time to get a second classroom even when you have more money then you need
