There is a sucker born every minute and this game is the perfect example. Bet low and win those free spins but bet high and you’ll lose all your coins in record time with five or more prompts from the developer begging you to buy their virtual currency when you’re tapped out. Poor programming that caters more towards greed than giving the user an actual enjoyable experience. Broken payout tables in over half the slots shows this “game” was rushed out of the door in hopes of bringing a big pay day for the greedy developers behind it. Did I mention the game will 99.9% of the time give you the least desired outcome, especially in guessing events? Pre-programmed to give your hopes up. Other users with trillions of coins? All bots used to goad one into spending real money on a useless product. Don’t get me started on the ads. One or more every 120 seconds. I refuse to pay 5 dollars to opt out of them because I doubt it’ll make a difference. I surmise if one did pay out of pocket they will get a program coded flag switched on their account allowing one to actually hit “grand” jackpots which are seemingly impossible when the developers prefer you to run on a treadmill and get nowhere.

Do yourself a favor and spend your cash at a real casino if you insist on gambling. At least they have to obey the law with monthly inspections to not get hit with deceptive business practices and fines.

JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots is trying to charge my card for $3.20 when I hadn’t even opened JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots in a few days, and I haven’t purchased anything at all.
Why am I being charged $3.20 out of nowhere? Currently reporting the charge as fraudulent to my card issuer, and now I have to lock my card and wait until my new card comes in the mail. Until then, I’m going to have completely zero access to my bank account.
That’s clearly and undeniably an attempt theft.
Do not trust JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots whatsoever. Not even remotely trustworthy at all. I have no subscription with them nor have I purchased absolutely anything at all... and yet they charged me $3.20....and now I have to figure out how my family is even going to be able to eat until the new card arrives because I can’t access the money in my bank until then. Worst app I’ve ever installed. Hands down worst app I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

Just another slot game to make money not for customers to have fun. Literally 10 ads as soon as u log in begging for cash, if you spend some u will win for a minute then they just take it all from you straight, not even with mixing in a few wins. The newest slot is awful, I had a daily mission of getting 10 wins, not so hard right? Even a 10% recoup counts as a “win”. Took me 126 spins and 75% of my bankroll to get to 10. When will these guys learn that making the slots pay better is more fun then add side games or missions or races that cost money. Instead they get someone to pay once then they bankrupt them hoping they will spend again. Play for free it’s pretty fun with a few fun machines, but buy at your own risk. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Great game when you start out, and if you are a person who doesn’t mind paying a little bit here and there it is awesome. Until you reach a certain level anyways. Then the cost of things doubles or more than doubles for the same amount of coins you could get previously.
Do NOT waste your money buying a stage pass—it’s like a lottery. Either it will work or it won’t. 5 times buying a stage pass in a mission and did not receive the pass, though it took my money each time. When I reached out to support , I got the general “sorry for the inconvenience, we will try to fix this” line. Well, that’s nice, but I am still out the money I spent, so thanks for nothing.
They have become just like most other slot games-worthless unless you are willing to spend a lot of money to play (IF you get what you pay for).

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews. I'll start by saying I've spent under $20 for fake coins. I've gotten as high as 60 billion, I'm also level 152. But at a certain point you stop winning. Some games you spin and spin and spin and win ZERO. Others you'll win far less than your bet, very seldom winning more than your bet. If you get into a "picking" bonus i guarantee you'll get the "mini", some of those bonus rounds only 3 mini, minor and maxis but only 2 major and 2 grand. This is just another GARBAGE developer who thinks letting you win is a bad thing. Like it's taking money out of their pocket. They're more interested in selling you fake coin packages. The games are also "knock offs" of other slot games but have slightly different graphics. Don't believe the idiotic ads and don't believe the fake 5 star reviews. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage developer.

I have played 100’s of slot games and never have I been so disappointed by Jackpoy Winner Slots. At first the game was alright and fairly enjoyable until recently the developers updated the game so that it became absolutely impossible to level up. I figured an error had been made as I did hundreds of spins and so absolutely no progression on my xp level bar. I spoke with their customer service/ game app developers who assured me they would look into and fix. A few days later they get back to me and say there actually is no error and to bet higher and more. I took the advice and you have to now bet thousands of times at high amounts to see any progression on trying to level up. This game is now absolutely unplayable as they’ve made it so extremely difficult to even level up 1 level. Extremely dissapointed in this game, will never ever play again.

I am so disappointed in this game. It started out GREAT! The first week there were tons of payout and jackpots. I was so happy that there was finally an app that wasnt going to make you pay constantly to win anything. At that point, thought i would buy some coins . Well that was my first mistake. After that there were fewer and fewer jackpots and the more you bet….you hardly ever win anything. I paid a few more times ( which was a lot of money). Now i am 30 days in and not winning anything. Anytime a bonus game comes up, an ad pops up wanting money to double your payout. That pop up is VERY ANNOYING!
Well i wont spend any more money on this game. It is no different than any other slot app out there.

There are so many bugs and glitches in this game. After a while you get the bonus every three spins but it only pays double or triple the bet whereas it used to come a lot less frequently with a higher payout. Chili peppers, crazy doctor, Alice in wonderland. Zombie, etc are all affected with this same glitch. Only about 5 of the slots are not impacted. It makes for a very terrible experience when you get a bonus and it pays only 2x the bet if that. The graphics are well done and the games used to be fun until the glitches took over almost every game. Whether I bid $300k or $3B it’s the same - the bonus only pays 2x and it’s almost every single game (there are a few exceptions). And it’s true the games paid well in the beginning but you are constantly having to level up and when you try to place a lower bet to save coins you hardly ever win. Not everyone wants to bet big. It’s a flawed way of thinking and manipulating customers who use JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots .

The slot games on here are entertaining but there are really no clear instructions on how to play anything or what the rules are. There is supposed to be to be 7 day free trial that enables you to play the high limit slots. It has never worked me & always cuts off after 5 days leaving me short. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times & they have not been able to resolve a single issue. It says all over JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots that ALL of the Slots are open to everyone on Mondays, yet they are always locked for me . Supposedly that’s only for the reg slots & doesn’t apply to the high limit slots which are the only ones that lock. How would anyone be able to play at all if the reg.
machines were locked? It makes no sense. Spent so much time earning over 50b in coins only to loose everything bc I’m locked out of machines mid-day with no warning. Bonuses are useless as you can’t use them & if you get back into cash club, everything is cleared so you have to start from zero. Extremely frustrating :/

Edit: look at this most basic developer response like they literally pay someone $5 an hour to copy and paste these terrible responses! Horrible! No one should download this game ever!!!! They lie and give terrible customer service!

I’ve tried giving this game a chance, but it just like every other slot game. You always lose more than you gain. I’ve won big a few times to get up to 600 billion coins, but as it always goes, you lose it all no matter how little you bet and how many different slots you switch to. Prove to me how you are not after money, because I’m pretty sure you can’t. You let people win big a few times and then take it all away so they have to pay you to continue. Especially the slots with jackpots, all you do is spin and spin, then win you do get a jackpot…its always the smallest one every…single…time. Others will read this and say I’m just complaining, but those will probably be the people who have had the best luck to win continuously. Until you can explain how I go from 600 billion to 89 billion with betting no more than 1.5 billion at a time and dropping the bets after losing over and over, this game will be deleted.

I’m also willing to bet this will never get seen or responded to by the developers, cause no one has ever responded to any review I have written whether it is good or bad.

CAUTION BEWARE AND BE AWARE- IF YOU MAY BE TRIGGERED BY BRIGHT LIGHTS, ETC. YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK IF THIS IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU TO PLAY BECAUSE THERES ALOT GOING ON IN THIS GAME. The amounts also go up quickly and then plummet quicker. The graphics are not for me at all. I have anxiety and the characters keep jumping out at the screen. The first level there was a wooded creature, then there is a devil, other creatures. I would NOT recommend this game to be played by anyone who has seizures, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, ptsd, cptsd,or any other disabilities that may be triggering because it’s graphics are extremely bright and the creatures jump out at you and are moving all over the screen and is multiple things going on over and throughout the screen. Overall I just don’t like nor appreciate its features, display nor the way the game has amounts up and plummet immediately back down. It may be suitable for some but I wish there were an alternative to turning off most of its features and brightness and changing the characters. I also wish I was made aware that the game may not be suitable for some individuals because I don’t feel that I’m going to be able to actually sleep for a while now because it’s just a really overwhelming game and a lot to take in at once besides trying to play it.

This game tends to pay out higher on smaller bets than it does on higher bets. I have limited myself to bets of 300M on this game because of it. I’m level 1200 and one of the things that makes me upset it how boring JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots is. All the games are the same (maybe with different amounts of lines, wow!) and there’s barely any with special features. I’ve tried to send them an email regarding the horrible payouts and the fact that some of their games are just terrible, but they won’t even answer and they don’t plan to correct it. Some games, such as bank robber, barely ever spin in free spins. The safe takes thousands of spins to unlock (the safe is the guaranteed special event after some odd amount of time) and the base game connections are nonexistent and pay terribly. A lot of their games are like this. I just went from a balance of over 180B to 15B in one single session on one of their games without deviating from the 300M max. That’s 550 spins without a decent connection or any gain, and this is very common on JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots. And every 20 spins it asks me if I want to “pass the challenge stage for $4.99.” Horrible pop up with a terrible amount of reoccurrence. Only reason I play it is because of the UI. JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots has the best UI and animations of all of them so far, but as soon as I find one better I’m switching.

Only been playing for about a week and overall I like the game.... However, very upset these last two days because when I play at the increased spin speed twice it has automatically increasd my bet to the max which is 200 billion coins way up from the normal 1-1/2 billion coins I always play. I lost nearly 3 trillion coins due to this glitch or whatever it going on before I noticed the drastic loss of coins. Yes I've spent money to get coins so I feel extremely upset I've basically lost everything I purchased because of something the game did. Help center won't reply to my messages so had to resort to reviewing here. Would absolutely love to have my coins recredited.

It’s a fun game. That’s the only reason why it gets 3 stars from me and not 2 or 1. It’s full of bugs and glitches. The biggest problem is that coins will simply disappear out of thin air, secondly if you do the quest mode, inevitably one of the goals to beat an area will be to win a certain amount of coins. If your meter says you’re at like 98%, so you’re almost done and then you hit a bonus and win like 3 billion coins, it will only give you that 2% to push you onto the next stage and you’ll lose out on the rest of the 3 billion coins you earned on that spin. Finally, the ads that pop up all the time are extremely annoying, but it is a free game, so I can look past that plus you can watch ads to earn extra coins.

Losing your coins is a complete deal breaker as far as this game goes for me though.

I’m a longtime player of JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots. I play it basically every single day. It helps me distract from my severe physical health disabilities and discomfort, and it’s fun to play the assorted bonus games that launch every few days. I am someone who doesn’t spend money on a lot of things, but I’ve repeatedly spent money on coins to play, that’s how much I like this game/app.

One aspect of the game is driving me insane and I might even stop playing it. Which means no more money from me.

On the bottom left hand corner there’s a “max bet” button that’s so freaking easy to accidentally hit without even realizing it until you’ve wasted hundreds of billions of coins. I’ve done this numerous times, I’ve even messaged JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots team to suggest moving that elsewhere. They said they’d consider it. I doubt they actually will because it just means more coins lost and more to be bought.

I am frankly so sick of it happening that I’m going to delete JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots altogether. It’s maddening and disheartening to lose all your coins in an instant when you’re on a roll and don’t realize the bet increased enormously.

Besides the design flaw, I really like JackpotWinnerCasinoSlots. But that design flaw is the end of the road for me. I can’t do it anymore.

Been playing this for quite some time now (only because I'm being paid to do so), and I don't really care for slots games...but this is a GREAT ONE! So many ways to win coins! I have amassed BILLIONS in coins without having to spend a penny! SO MANY machines to choose from as well.
My only complaint is that recently you have increased the amount of pop-up ads which make the game now ANNOYING! That ridiculous ad that pops up and says "WAIT,spend some money!" every few seconds is the WORST! I haven't been paying to play, nor will I start now.
CALM DOWN on the ads, and make this game as outstanding as it was when I first started playing a couple of months ago.... NOBODY wants ads right in the middle of what they're doing... it's just RUDE!
Fix and I will give full 5 stars, and change my review.

I find it funny that the game allows you to build a casino within a casino. Overall the game works and has good casino vibes. I wish they had a few asian games from vegas casinos I’ve been to, but overall I give the game a high rating because they allow players a chance and are not pure money grabs.

Don’t be like those other slots that stop giving you big wins after level 40 you would be so popular if you made the odds of winning super high! Please, I know it’s a slot game and therefor should function like one but if we’re not winning real money then at least let us have the excitement of winning fake cash in a mobile casino game. Edit: still amazing and I’m level 47 I’ve won billions of coins so far glad this slot game doesn’t lie when they say you will actually win big! Just started to play the games. So far so good 😊 I’m seeing how long it takes to get the bonus points and rounds and also to get the extra points and money to play the games. It’s going so-so thus far so we’ll see how it goes. But so far I’m impressed with the quick response and getting the bonus rounds. Although it’s going slower the more I play the game. But like I said I will see it plays out. I hope it continues to not disappoint when playing this game.
