I am a premium member but my streaming button is no longer showing. Can you help please? I was chatting on adpushup, was told I would have to pay $2.00 but when I went to pay the chargd was $43.00. Why do I have to pay when my membership is current?

I purchased the family plan but can't add anyone else to the membership

this radio station is ridiculous. after I have paid for it, I can't find a way to cancel it. I am a classic music lover. but they make it really hard to get what you want while they list all non-sense radio talks. it is a mistake. once and more than enough. last money I will spend on it . but the problem is that I still am figuring how to cancel it.

My Tuner app won't come on in my phone. It used to what happened! Can you also please give us folks a damn phone number to express our concerns 😟 We're paying for nothing!

I have canceled my subscription but still being charged twice a week I have reported it I have emailed and been told I didn't have an account which I cancelled my subscription but yet still being charged do not down load filing charges with my bank tomorrow since yet another 5.49 just came out of my account

Tunner radio is stuck on a Instagram add. I can't go back to the movie. I can't restart or start a different movie. Please help . I paid $20.. to watch download movies. Fix the problem when you can

I paid for a .99 cent trial and the it was going to switch to 4.99 monthly. I signed up on my samsung tab a lite and when I went to watch movies on my samsung tab a 7 using the same info as when I paid for on my other tab. It says that I. Not a premium customer!! I paid for no ads and access to ALL movies, and I can't even get one movie w/o tons of commercials. I sent a email saying that I am having a problem getting to the reomovie selections . It keeps saying Trailer and Music. How do I get it to go back to the way it was and why did it even start this last night when I tried to go on app..

i keep getting a notification box to update the app but everytime i press ok it takes me to a fully different app that doesn’t even have music on. Also it never even lets me press cancel.

I pay for no commercials and it keeps taking me to commercials and freezing up can you please check my account and clear it up
