I bought the lifetime subscription almost a week ago, & still have yet been able to use it!!!!! Sent numerous emails as this is a time sensitive matter and they have yet to acknowledge any of them!! At this point I just want my money back and I’ll go elsewhere!!! There is no room to even get to customer service instead I have to write reviews and feedback. If you want to use this app for its free use, 100% recommend, but if your a small business owner trying to do legit marketing, as my favorite meme would say “Get somebody else to do it!”

Don’t waste your money you cannot personalize these. I wanted an app to use instead of a website thinking it would be simple, you can’t even change the templates to colors and designs that you want. Very hard to use.

I purchased this app in the winter and I haven’t used it in a while. I re-opened it and it’s making me purchase another year in order to use it. I can’t believe this app does not know that I paid for the year already. That’s disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.
