I really liked using this app and after my first 10 free QR codes were used I decided to upgrade to VIP. I purchased the lifetime subscription, it says purchase successful, NOTHING changes. It took the money out of my account too.
BUT when I go to try purchasing again it says I’ve already purchased this, would I like it again for free? I click ok and still nothing happens. I’ve tried several different ways of getting it to work and nada. I contacted support via email a week ago now and still no response!
Even weirder, when I checked my active subscriptions it said I was subscribed to the MONTHLY app subscription but even THAT doesn’t work in the app!
So infuriating.
Paid for a lifetime - constantly asked to pay again

I purchased this lifetime access membership and immediately after paying, it offered me the lifetime membership AGAIN for half price. Then every time I try to use the app it tells me I’m not a VIP member and I have to restore my purchase as well as, for some functions, not even be able to utilize them because it won’t register that I’m a VIP lifetime member. Piece of junk.

I bought the lifetime subscription almost a week ago, & still have yet been able to use it!!!!! Sent numerous emails as this is a time sensitive matter and they have yet to acknowledge any of them!! At this point I just want my money back and I’ll go elsewhere!!! There is no room to even get to customer service instead I have to write reviews and feedback. If you want to use this app for its free use, 100% recommend, but if your a small business owner trying to do legit marketing, as my favorite meme would say “Get somebody else to do it!”
