Doesn’t even try to connect.
Many times I try to click to watch an add to connect, but instead of showing me the ad, it just brings me to the page to purchase a year of service. Why would I purchase a year of service when it won’t even connect?

It works really well in China. I haven't had any issues with using it on either my laptop or iphone. Definitely worth it.

I travel overseas a good bit, and use this to get back to the USA so I can use VoIP to make calls back home. Very rarely do I have issues voice quality.
While I was in China back in late September, Teleport VPN was the only VPN that actually work among 4 different ones that I tried. Hand down the best! Had some trouble at the beginning to get on. The online chat support was fast and effective. Got on in a few minutes. It even worked some days during the Chinese National Day celebration when there was supposedly blockage of all VPNs. Highly recommend!
