1 month agoI have been playing the game for awhile, I bought 3 cars. Real money , 2 days ago and all of a sudden last night it started me over from scratch. Is there anyway to get my cars back or money back. I have spent probley over 100$ dollars on your game and now it's gone. I support you game and love it, I work for summit racing and during a meeting we got talking about racing games and I put yours at the top. I just want my cars and record back. 1 year agoI have sent several messages about the trouble with my account. I haven’t received any email back to let me know what’s going on I have lost everything on my account updating the game I lost all cars all exp all gold and all money almost 19 million I can’t recover my account I had to start this dang game all over. I have worked my ass off trying to tune and get my cars down to a 4.4 sec well one car most are 4.5 sec now with this other account the dang division x car acts like I’m hitting walls or something it won’t get out of 3rd gear I can’t even make one dang pass much less a block without the dang car hitting an imaginary wall. I really like the game but I’m sure not liking my account being deleted lost or whatever happened to the dang thing. I’m trying to be level headed about all this but really its kinda hard knowing I spent a very long amount of time on here just to be lost or whatever. Can you please help me get my account back. 1 year agoWell I have sent a few complaints in the last couple of days I did like it said on the page talking about rebooting (tried that) didn’t work the I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it well I lost all my street and division x levels but still had my money gold and exp and all my cars and I had plenty almost 19 million dollars about 3/4 hundred thousand I can’t remember exactly and a shit ton of gold. Well I tried to delete the app and reinstall and now I lost every freaking bit of it !!!!?? All my hard work my running and crap I’ve struggled to get dialed in. Please please help me with this somehow please……..???? I’m having to start this all over again and it’s discouraging!!!! How can I get my account back?? Will you please help me??? Thank you for the help!! I really like this game a lot!! Thanks to everyone who made it possible!!!!

1 year agoNot to keep harassing you but I was just playing the game and I have already reported an issue but check this out. After I updated the app and I had the issues with my car on streets in the new tracks well I got a new car since the update and it drives fine on the tracks it’s just my old cars from the first time I got the game. I hope I haven’t wasted your time and thanks for all the help and the game is kick ass!!! Keep up the good hard work

1 year agoI just updated the game a few days ago. I couldn’t hat on live chat and on the street of the new tracks it’s like I’m hitting stuff in the road or something. My car won’t get out of 3rd gear…??? I deleted the app and reinstalled it then I lost all my street and division x levels and I don’t know what the hell to do??? Because my husband put one thing about "Go Biden, we support" or something in that wording nothing offensive on his car he was banned its going to be over 3 months. There are several same people that have offensive wordings and politicals things such as supporting trump and they are not banned and they continue to post and submit cars! why is this? and why has my husband been banned for one thing he wrote. I need answers and need an explanation as to how long is the banned this is ridiculous and outrageous that noone has gotten back to me or to my husband since this whole ban thing happened. We pay a fee every month for this to happen absolutely not.

So this is a good game and all but when you really start to get good the Ai get unrealistic when you out spec an AI the AI still wins and then the same thing happens if you get a perfect launch happens Then you get tired of loosing so you try to play another race but no you have to pay thousands of dollars to get the requirements for the race but you don’t have money because you spent all that money trying to max out your car because you couldn’t beat the other one so now your screwed because all the race’s have requirements that you don’t have so they force you to sell your car but then your car sells under 30k so now you have to delete the game and re download it or you will have to buy money so really it’s just doing a cycle of you having to restart the game over and over again so you can buy money and I know there never going to fix it they wait months for a new update that takes weeks to finish and when your right they don’t respond

It’s really good but…
It’s really good but I have to major issues with the game, first is the ai difficulty scaling is very broken basically the ai could have a small block with et drag radials and you could have a maxed out engine big block with stage 1-2 blower and the ai will pull on you as if your car had no major upgrades and it’s so annoying because then it becomes a constant loop of loosing and I cal say for a lot of people that it gets mentally exhausting and secondly why do things jump from like $1,000 to 8,000 it makes no sense and if you can’t progress because you keep loosing to ai and can’t afford to get the proper requirements to do anything else. Other than that the rest of the game is really fun Edit about 10 minutes later: I’ve completely lost interest in the game and lost hope I swear I’m gonna have and aneurysm playing this unbalanced game. Let me know when the game is fixed and the ai are better and I’ll consider in the future to change my 2 star to a 5

Started off strong, now devs think they are god tier.
This game is great. Probably the best drag racing game for mobile. Tons of customization and somewhat realistic drag racing physics. Nice free roam multiplayer for when you get bored of racing iroc camaros, as well as a nice campaign mode. Yes I’m aware things take time nothing happens overnight but you guys act like this game is the next halo release or something. Stop acting like we need to bow down to you just to get an update. It’s a racing game on a phone. If everyone agrees that trucks would be cooler than pro mods or whatever the case may be then just make the truck models and release it. This whole “new limited edition vehicles are available” is getting pretty old pretty quick. I know for a fact it’s not hard to import more car models. So put your little god complex away and just release more content for the players. Really not that hard. Why developers have this mindset where they think “oh if we make them wait an eternity that’ll keep em hooked!” When in reality it just sets up future updates for failure when the update doesn’t have what the majority of us asked for/ wanted.
