You need the original remote to allow access on the TV. It would not let me use it unless the other remote was present. which was the reason I downloaded this remote because I lost the remote.

Whatever they are smoking must be good because paying weekly or even paying 30$ for a remote app is absolutely insane they need to go back to the drawing board and realize its ignorance im not hurting for money but thats insane i wont even use it now 🤷🏻♂️
