I tried out this app via a coupon that had me sign up on their website. The coupon said it was for a single 3-month long program. The content wasn’t great, nothing you couldn’t find doing web searches for about five minutes. Many of the paid features didn’t work at all (as in you would tap on them, and nothing would happen). I stopped using it pretty quickly.
Then the nightmare began. They started charging me $69.99 every three months. I never signed up for a subscription, so I went to the site to try to find a place to cancel it. There is none. There is also absolutely no contact info on their site, either.
I did find a place to file a support ticket on their site and asked them about why they keep charging me. No response. I have even completely deleted my account.
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and the first charge was credited back to me. I figured they would have fixed it in their system, but sure enough, three months later another charge.
This time they told my credit card company that they had started processing a credit back to the card from their end, so my credit card company closed the dispute claim. They never did place the credit, so I have to open the dispute up again.
Avoid this nightmare and just do a web search about sleep hygiene.
