Sync

The performance so far is totally out of sync

very poor onboarding

tried with two emails, no indication app will not show free content till email confirm, showing paywall otherwise, complete loss of time, where did they find their PM? no Karajan.

Crashes why?

Pretty embarrassing DG, Europe is trying, but is better at regulating than creating

Please add Chromecast support

You can’t cast from STAGEStreamClassicalMusic to Chromecast. Kind of useless if you can’t watch on a TV.

Won’t launch

Crashes right away

Not a very good experience

STAGEStreamClassicalMusic was noticeably buggy, from the text input fields in the sign up form to the seeming inability to resize the video player window.

The quality of the free videos I watched was remarkably low—less than 1080p I would guess, and without lossless audio.

STAGEStreamClassicalMusic crashed a couple times while I was just navigating around to browse.

I would love to enjoy a concert on a huge screen but STAGEStreamClassicalMusic needs more work.

Roku

Please create an app for Roku devices. Kind of useless without TV access on Roku.

Dark screen

I am trying to open STAGEStreamClassicalMusic on my iPhone and the screen is dark

Great app.But please add more video!

It's expensive as the digital concert hall, but offer less video resources.

Could be so much more

I desperately wish STAGEStreamClassicalMusic had your entire catalog with many albums of each artist. Old and new recordings. Only one album of Paderewski is a travesty. This is the only reason I have IDAGIO. Please have tons more audio recordings. Your whole catalog to choose from. Alphabetized by name and year. The greatest classic music app around. You could be so much more. I desperately hope to see this someday soon. Then I will switch. I won’t be the only one. Please hear me. Thank you

Please add carplay support

Even if only for listening.

Very good start

The audio and video quality are superb. It is better than Digital Concert Hall because it offers greater variety of orchestras and musical types (orchestral, opera, etc). Stage+ doesn’t have as many videos, but it is great variety and superior quality. Three ways to make it better:
(1) video playlists based on themes or moods;
(2) CarPlay support; and
(3) digital liner notes for audio albums and/or digital programs with relevant information for videos.

Crashing Fixed, Audio and Video Quality Excellent

Can’ t / won’t launch… keeps immediately crashing on Vision Pro.

Update: crashing fixed, but no subtitles on opera videos?

Fixed crash upon opening

As of today 4/1/24 crash upon opening is fixed. Saw Lang Lang in 3d no problem

Well done, but a little expensive. Great on AppleTV!

I’m impressed—DG has done a nice job developing STAGEStreamClassicalMusic. Very smart that Love that it’s 4K and Dolby Atmos on AppleTV. Watching a Vikingur Olafsson concert on my TV and it’s great. Alas, no CarPlay integration—hopefully soon.

Awesome sound

I great lossless streaming app for classical music fans, streams high quality audio and 4k video. Carrie’s a good but not complete catalog of deutsche Gramaphon recordings and a reasonable selection of videos,. Definitely worth a try.

App has been down

App has been down for about a month which is unacceptable for an app that charges a premium for its content.

Exquisite

I discovered STAGEStreamClassicalMusic recently and am greatly impressed. Playing through Apple TV, LG 4K and Sonos sound system, it was like sitting in the concert hall! Listening to a recent video of the Bach B Minor Mass with John Elliott Gardener and the Monteverdi Choir filmed in the Chapel at Versailles was simply magnificent! The sound was glorious and the visuals exquisite. The offerings both videos and audio recordings are expanding each week. While a bit expensive, from my perspective, it’s well worth the price for this definitely A+ streaming App. Well done DG!
