Very rude people work there! I ordered a test then I wanted after I ordered to do the pro to compare so I purchased both. Then I want to do a sibling one and the link sent me to place and I paid for wrong one and everything and the company emailed me about why are you doing so many tests?!? Well if your making money does it really matter? Like it’s your job just do your job if I want to purchase different tests that’s my decision! Then I called and the guy on the phone was like well this phone call is hostile (all because I said do y’all have the right to ask that if getting paid) and said he prefers email and hung up on me!

Having uploaded files for myself, husband, daughter and my father I can say the information is consistent. I've always known I have many many health issues, and Findoutifyouarerelated has backed up my belief and I feel alot more comfortable with trusting my instinct. In context, I have 24 different things listed under complex diseases alone, some I'd already known about. My family and I did a DNA grandparent study. We got the results quickly but I didn't like the fact that since we typed our email address incorrectly we didn't get our email the very same day. The results were easy to read but there should be some sort of mechanism for you to type your email address in twice just in case the user has a typo. Other than that thumbs up.
