So just like an earlier review I had the same advert and I have another game that is the exact same thing but u just upgrade not build still nonetheless u made a pretty much copy and I know ur not going to take the game down but still I’m probably going to delete this game if you are wondering the game I am talking about is slingshot stunt so I give this game a 1 because it would be a 2 if you deleted slingshot stunt to create a better game and give people the amount of progress in this game then they had in slingshot stunt thank you for your time

If you are one who doesn’t like ads such as me, and isn’t willing to pay money to get rid of ads off of a game I’m only going to play for maybe a week or probably less, this game isn’t for you. If it wasn’t already bad enough that you get the ads in between levels, the game makes you watch ads to upgrade your equipment. Sometimes the game will make it so you don’t have to watch an ad anymore, but it doesn’t seem reliable, and doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason to when it would make it so you do or don’t have to watch an ad. The game isn’t terrible, but the ads ruin it. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

As several other reviews have mentioned, the number of ads you are forced to watch is pretty ridiculous. Sure there are the voluntary ones to earn extra bonuses but on average you get one run and a chance to edit your vehicle before you have to watch another ad. Factor in that levels start to take 3+ runs to earn upgrades to complete pretty quick so there are a ton of forced ads. The $2.99 ad free price is understandable until you get to Level 5 and the game breaks so you can’t even build your vehicle to continue and no matter of restarting MakeItFly or redownloading MakeItFly fixes it. Considering the publisher updated MakeItFly 4 days prior to writing this with “bug fixes” and yet the game is still completely unplayable at a certain point and that should tell you the rest of what you need to know…

As with most cash grab apps, there is a constant stream of ads. Additionally at level 5 stage 1 the game completely stopped working for me. The level won’t load properly and locks up so that you cannot interact with the game.

From a game design perspective there are lots of parts that you unlock over time, however there is no indication of what those parts do or how they differ, while seeming to introduce differing behavior to your vehicle.

It was fun for a couple levels, then started to become a frustrating grind, then came to a screeching halt due to game breaking bugs.

If you hate yourself and have played literally every other game in existence, this game is for you. If you don’t fall into this extremely specific category, you’re better off watching a plant grow than downloading this game. The physics of the vehicle that barely goes anywhere is just about the only entertaining part. Every level takes forever. All you can do in this game is repeat a level over and over with a vehicle that is not suitable to complete it until you’ve made enough money to upgrade your slingshot enough to the point where it can launch the thing far enough, because this game will often ask you to get a cardboard box across a river without wings or a propeller. It takes forever.

Don’t download this game unless u want to waste your time and get nowhere. I have been playing for a few days now and I realized that it was taking longer than it should to collect enough coins to upgrade. I started to pay a little more attention to how many coins I collected per game and soon realized that even though I earned coins they were not being given to me. Meaning instead of playing a level 5 times to earn enough coins to upgrade I would have to play it 10 because half the time the coins were not being added into the money I already have

You cannot move the parts around how you choose as shown in the ad, also the game gives you the option to watch ads to get more rewards, sometimes it’s makes you watch them anyway but I get that, that’s how they make money, my issue is when you choose to watch an ad for more coins it won’t let you spend the coins you just earned then takes them away from you after you play another level to be able to spend them, that is just a scam and needs to either be fixed or MakeItFly needs to be taken off the AppStore

I have been stuck on level 9-4 for over a week and my theory is that it may be due to my upgrades being too high. Every time I launch the plane it over shoots the target so I have no way of ever completing the mission. I’d there a possibility to de upgrade engine and slingshot to be able to fine tune trajectory? Game has been fun and I purchased no ads but unfortunately being stuck in this level with no identifiable way of completion has made me stop playing.

This game came up in a video to earn something for and while playing another game. Thought I’d give it a try so I downloaded it and, well, I gave it a try. Then I deleted it.

Why? Ads, ads, ads. That and it’s pretty basic and redundant. And unless you’re a 4 year old or have the IQ of one, it’s doesn’t take much to learn and it’s not going to keep you engaged for more then 5-10 minutes before you realize it’s boring.

But hey, it’ll keep the 4 year olds busy while at a doctors appointment or anywhere else you need them to be quiet and behave for a while.

It’s okay, I guess. Can you please keep the money at a certain level? You’re just trying to make money, and it may seem like you want to make people mad. Put it this way: Someone says “Why is the money so high? It now takes longer to get upgrades, since the profits are almost the same. Spending your precious money on the bonus is even worse.” That person seems pretty aggravated. You’re lucky they kept their cool. Also, can you please always have free customization? Just in build, have a recommended example, or slightly off. Also, please don’t take several offers from a company to use their adds every single time. I’m not saying to have no adds, just to have variety, so the player doesn’t get annoyed. It will really help your ratings and reviews. Here’s a tip:Review the game from the player’s view. Also compare the adds to the game. Is there a reasonable reason why there is false advertising? If not, don’t use that false advertisement. If there isn’t any, move on. Sorry for the not review but I had to make it long to provide enough details and tips. Also the people saying that you cannot move the parts around as you want, that isn’t true. Unlock hard mode and you can mostly move the parts around to your wanting!

I ended up buying the AD free version. While the game was challenging and had it’s fun moments, I was expecting it to have more customization. It was basically the same parts but just “improved”. For most of the game, you really only needed to use the wings. All the wheels, bumper shield, and all that were practically useless. Made for a boring customization. Also there was only 10 levels, each level having about 5 parts. Rather short in my opinion. Game could’ve been much better.

So far it’s an ok game. Game play is addictive and the physics are nice. It’s cool how the parts break away. My major problem is with the money you spend to upgrade things. It seems to stop working sometimes. Do a level and and not complete it is supposed to still give you money. However it stops working that way 3 worlds into the game and just keeps me at the same amount I had. Maybe if that was fixed it would have gotten more then a 3 from me. Work out the bugs please because I really enjoy the game up until then.

If there weren’t so many ads. Sure, I get it, you need to generate revenue somehow, but if someone doesn’t want to pay to get rid of the ads, then we’re stuck watching ad after ad after ad and 9/10 they’re extremely repetitive.

It’s a really fun game and has loads of potential, but I generally dislike games that basically force me to spend money, especially in something as mundane as “ad free”. You want to upgrade?, watch this ad. You want to go to the next level?, watch this ad. You want to restart a level?, watch this ad. You want to do nothing?, watch this ad first.. it’s really annoying.

I recently was playing this game and had to stop for a little while. When I returned to the game the level loaded up but the character and camera were pointing sideways. You can’t add any parts in the build section since the vehicle is facing the wrong way and then if you try to start the level the slingshot is in 2 pieces and don’t do anything. You can then gain the coins for the level but after they add into your bank the screen stays locked with no options or interface at all. I’ve tried losing and restarting MakeItFly , restarting my iPad, and nothing seems to work. I don’t want to uninstall MakeItFly to reinstall since all progress will be lost. I just wanted to bring this bug to the attention of the developers.

level five on stage 4 needs some changing I’ve had this game for a week from the first day to now I can’t complete this level no matter what I tried the game is great besides that(and the extreme amount of ads) update I finally beat level 5 I opened the new parts box and there was nothing in it the in the next world my base plane was sideways the slingshot ropes didn’t move nothing worked

Edit: they fixed the glitch and it is once again fun to play. (Edit from 1 star to four).

I enjoyed the game until it completely glitched. It was working fine until the airplane fuselage became a log, would not launch, would not allow parts to be added, and trying to continue the game froze it. Was a good game. Now need to delete it unless it gets fixed.

😎The way the game plays is very smooth, all the way from pulling the sling shot (watching the band bound around like a real slingshot would [ in other words great physics] giving it a great feel.😇

🥳The building of the machine is a great original concept for this genre of game that includes satisfying clicking sounds, {when they go into place}, along with a easy to use UI (user interface) for collecting and deciding what to attach.😉

🤯The courses have lots of things to run into and as said before the physics is diverse so you never know just how the shot will be different from the last. You can also be silly if you want and blast him in all kinds of directions, getting interesting types of crashes.🙃

Definitely worth trying out😁

I was playing the game and it was pretty good but a bug came. I was at the castle and at the first level and the body would become sideways and I couldn’t put wheels on it. Then I would pull and the lines of the catapult wouldn’t even be attached, then when I let go it would fall to the ground and not even move. Please fix, also really good game!

This is a very well made game for mobile. I’m only making this because I saw someone say false advertisement where the ad was you can place parts anywhere but that they could not. When you are looking at the levels there is a switch that says easy and hard if you simply press it and turn it to hard you can place them anywhere, I’m assuming they made it both ways (snap in certain places and make your own) so that not only 4 years old could enjoy but also older people.

I kinda like the game but from reading the other reviews it’s just an ok game for me. I mean the controls are smooth from the slingshot but the lack of music is bad it’s like your playing in a wasteland like environment so if you can add som wolf your own music and not some free stock music that would be nice,oh and uhh can you upgrade the 3-d graphics cus that would make the game better
