I don’t normally write reviews. But, I wanted to save others from possible grief. The content is good. But, the app does not allow you to unsubscribe. It glitches. There is no one to contact. They have no phone number for support. No one answers their email. Zero response. I was forced to pay for a subscription that is not being used and was supposed to already be cancelled. It felt very much like a scam. I would never recommend this app to anyone because of this terrible customer service and overall experience.
I can’t access my videos although I got a year subscription

I Brought this so that I can learn while in nursing school and I was happy with everything. My phone broke however, after I used Lecturio for about 4-5 months. Now I am unable to access anything on my new phone. I tried emailing them but nothing as worked. If they give me the access as I should have until February I will reconsider. It’s not fair that I am paying for a year plan and I don’t get to use it. It says I’m currently subscribed to the yearly plan too, but I have no access whatsoever. Just the 1 free video.

I purchased the membership and the app crashed repeatedly within the first 10 minutes. Then I have to restart the video and find where I left off and hope it doesn’t crash against asked for a refund and so far NO RESPONSE. *UPDATE* Over a week later and they STILL have not refunded my money. Would never recommend this site.
