The game is overall mediocre ? I started playing because I saw an ad about it & thought the premise was interesting! The ad was accurate but it seems there are a lot more texting levels than anticipated. I’m taking off two stars simply because of the sheer amount of ads! To earn Diamonds there is no other alternative method rather than watching ads, it’s either ads or cash. When you are done with a level an ad plays, whether you clicked double coins or not. To earn staff you have to watch ads (10 ads if you want to have them permanently), to earn furniture decorations an ad, in between screens an ad. There are far too many ads and it takes away from the enjoyability. In addition, the ads are also WAY too long! The ads range from being 1 minute long to 3 minutes. The only way to get stuff done is ads or diamonds (which can be earned but ADS or by paying for them). The premise is nice, but it doesn’t seem to have a main story line which really doesn’t help its cause because it has no reason for me to stick around and continue playing it.

I actually really enjoyed this game. I loved the case files especially, since they were more in depth than the regular cases (i wish there were more). and taking care of the hotel was really fun UNTIL they recently made a change that instead of purchasing the amenities for the guests, they have now have to be “transported” so i’m constantly running out of the amenities. the amenities for the guest are also now timed, so if i run out of something and can’t give it to them, they leave unsatisfied and their favor for the hotel decreases. the only way to get them quickly is to watch ads. well when you run out of all your amenities in a matter of seconds you end up having to watch ads every 5 minutes and im simply not doing that. sad to say that as long this “transportation” update lasts i probably won’t be playing the game as it’s a major inconvenience and really spoils the leisure appeal the game had.

I’ve been playing this game for about three months now, I finished it in two days but I was still working on my hotel. I love this game so much, it has so much potential… but when I was working on my hotel I bought the starter pack but I didn’t receive anything and when I emailed them about it they told me to send pictures I sent pictures and received response the next day. We emailed back and forth until they said that I have to talk to the billing team. I waited 2 weeks then I emailed them telling them I didn’t get anything, I still haven’t gotten a reply and it’s been almost 2 months I still play the game from time to time but I don’t recommend you buying anything from them at all, i’m kind of disappointed…
