For everyone that is a part of the TTSL FB community, this is not just an extension of that supportive atmosphere... it’s kicking it up a notch! The app is streamlined to make it easy to find different categories of posts, the podcast episodes are easy to listen to instead of pulling it up on different platforms, and the app is so smooth. The best part is that the community is there. The moments of NSV and performance-based goals are still there for us to celebrate together. From the moment you open the app, you’re home. Everytime that I think the amazing people at CVG can’t top the last surprise they gave us, they come out with this. How you do anything is how you do everything!

Fantastic company with excellent customer service and a superior product at an affordable price. But the real magic is in the community. This is a home for all woman that are focused on chasing their wellness and living fit. There are woman of all shapes and sizes cheering for themselves and everyone around them. This space is so positive and encouraging. Woman I’ve never met cheering me on, picking me up, and I am overjoyed to provide the same to them. You need this community in your life.

I am pretty much a silent follower of CVG. I am a part of their FB group and I absolutely love them. Definitely a game changer in the way I have looked at fitness in the past. I LOVE this app so much more than the FB group just simply bc it’s easier to follow along with. The app is extremely easy to navigate. Kudos to CVG for always figuring out a way to include everyone. Best company and products on the market, hands down.
