It’s really annoying that Faire doesn’t actually let you fulfill orders or create shipping labels. It’s been over a year and they still havent added this basic functionality. My experience with this app has shown me that they don’t care about the sellers because they always give us the bare minimum features unless it somehow gets us to give them more money (like sponsored search or pressuring us to cover the “free shipping” costs)

I’m surprised this app can’t come up with a better app! Where’s the rest of the features? Can’t edit your products. Can’t do marketing. It’s basic, bare minimum.

I’ll be honest I have no idea how Faire is useful. When it first logs in you can see it flash stats but then there’s no way to actually find where the stats are in Faire , which is just very strange. The homepage of Faire is seemingly useless. It doesn’t do anything there are no features or links, or anything to the homepage. So you just have to login into the website anyways, so yeah I don’t really understand the point of this. All you can do is send messages and see an order but that’s really not all you need to do to run a business. There is a lot more to it like the whole marketing aspect of this. So stats, marketing, anything that would help you figure out if your store is actually being seen not here.

Doesn’t really have much to offer. It’s only convenient for messages and to check orders. Other than that, it’s not really an app to make it convenient for you to create products, edit or any of that sort. It doesn’t even cover the basic tools. Should rename it as this app Brand Messaging because that’s all that it is.

First of all thank you for getting this up and running. I have always noticed a delay between when the order is placed or when messages come in vs when I’m notified via this app through email. My customers will sometimes tell me when they have ordered and it’s usually about 35-45 minutes until I see it on this app. Faire has made it so that I’m getting messages and orders in real time which I appreciate.
Really need the ability to print the paper order from Faire . Would love the ability to edit products if possible. And to view our shop on mobile so we can see how it appears to our accounts. Thanks again for Faire and appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback.

Would love to see dashboard updates on the home page of Faire like traffic, and other analytics. So far, so good.

Sure it’s great that we can contact buyers faster but they still means we have to log in to add or edit products. Photos still have to be uploaded to computers from phones , logged in then added, and then there’s no way to edit anything unless we go back into our desktops! Hoping for a way to add products more consistently through an app as for myself, it’s become very time consuming to do with the current way

Its current features are all great for managing orders and corresponding with buyers. What Faire is missing is the ability to view when payouts will occur, and manage basic shop settings like pausing for vacation.

this app is the future. It’s been an adjustment, but the business model is a win/win for me and my customers.

This is such a great app to view orders and see and respond to customers quickly! This has helped our company Master’s Hand BBQ to give quality service to our customers! this app has been great to work with!

Love having the ability to receive notifications for orders or retailer messages in realtime and conveniently be able to view/respond to them on the go. Faire has made managing my brand on this app so much easier!

It’s missing such a HUGE part of managing (and growing) a brand on this app… the marketing! A “watered down” app version of your website’s campaign manager would be amazing… even just the ability to send your pre-made templates, if the editor is too much to ask for. Anything is better than nothing. I would rather use your tools/content of you could make it more accessible. Currently I export our lists to third party email marketing platforms with iPhone/iPad apps. With my trade show travel schedule and busy family life, a laptop or desktop is not always an option. I find myself working on my phone more and more. Please consider it :)

PS I love this app… big fan of the company as a whole!!! From the perspective of a former retailer, now wholesaler, I believe you’re providing an amazing marketplace for both sides to find each other. It’s wonderful!

I love this app so much. There just can’t be a complaint. The customer service is impeccable and they make the wholesale process so simple and easy. It’s just too good to be true yet it is true.
I can only knit pick Faire bc there’s so few things you can even find wrong with this app in general. I would LOVE to have some sort of cha Ching or something special when I get an order. It would also be great to be able to edit products and all through Faire . I’m sure this is all in the works. Literally the only two things I can say “wrong” abt Faire . It’s so amazing and this app is a company I’m beyond proud of to be a merchant at.

I love seeing new orders and messages on Faire . No more logging into the site on my phone for basic information. I’m looking forward to future upgrades to be able to get more work done thru Faire , like adding listings and photos.

So easy to access your account on the go. We’ll thought out by the makers. Tremendous help for the wholesale maker. I can be on a hike in the woods, take a quick second with Faire and my team can get to work. Thanks for helping small makers keep the ball rolling!

I really enjoy receiving notifications about new orders and messages instantly. Being able to view orders on the go and respond to questions from retailers right away has greatly improved the customer service I’m able to provide. Looking forward all to future features!

Faire has become an integral part of my workflow and has helped speed up many aspects of running my this app shop. I love that I can easily pull up orders if I’m away from my computer. Faire is great for customer service. We don’t have to be at our computer to respond in real time to any customer questions, which helps us provide great customer service!
Love to hear the new order “plinks” too without having to check emails or the computer.
BONUS!!!! The new upgrade with stats is very helpful and much appreciated!

I love Faire. It is so convenient to use when I’m not around a computer. I can accept orders and message quickly while I’m on the go. It’s definitely made my life easier and help alleviate my work load. Thanks this app!
