2 years agohello Mangarock team, I have an issue with the bookmarks page. The bookmarks page is blank when I open it, the whole page is white, loggin in and out doesn't work, neither switching devices. I cannot access my bookmarks in any way, and am in fear of loosing 400+ bookmarks.

3 years agoJust downloaded the app a few days ago, worked fine in the beginning but then when I try to search for a manga, or try to read one it takes so loooonnngg to load or it doesn’t give me anything at all. Can you please fix this problem on the app.

3 years agoThe NEW chapters across ALL manga updates are F_cked up right now!!!!! In several of the new chapters on my reading list there are posted new up dates but when i go to read the chapters of the mangas, it shows only a message "The video is restricted, Webmaster please fix" SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Can you fix all the new updates to all the mangas that was posted?!?!?! This spans back into decemmber up until now!

I’ve been using this app since mangaman was taken off the App Store and I’ve loved it. Until it started acting funny. I now have to reload a chapter about 7 times just to read it. I don’t even get the x’s anymore it’s just all black. It’s super annoying honestly. I’ve been waiting for an update that hopefully fixes this, but haven’t seen one for months. Also why is one piece and a couple other main stream mangas 50 chapters behind? Side note: it would be amazing if there was a bookshelf for all the mangas we’ve added to favorites, so what were reading and what we want to read are separate so every time there’s an update it’s just the ones we’re actually reading at that time. If that makes sense 😂

The app isn’t terrible but…
So I’ve been using this app for a little over a month. The app design is good, I like it. But lately whenever I’m reading a story, the images don’t load up. I have to close the app and open it again, sometimes I have to do this process multiple times before I am able to read the story. I find that really stressful because I just want to enjoy reading but because of this problem I’m not really enjoying using the app. Another problem is that when I am using this app, it sometimes forces my phone to turn off. I am pretty certain the problem isn’t my phone but the app itself. Apart from these few issues mentioned the app is pretty easy to use.

This app has problems
So Recently, maybe for about 3-4 months there has been a bug were my screen is black and i have to change the way im reading (left to right/right to left/vertical ect) or close out of what im reading and go back in and repeat until i can finally read. Thats one of the problems i have. My main issue is that 5 minutes ago i was forced out of the app twice and then i went to go and delete it and reinstall it to see if that would fix the problem. Little did i know all my data would be erased instead of being saved like a normal app that uses the cloud. Oh also i spent money on this app and they dont have a way to make accounts to prevent something like this from happening unlike the actual website. Aside from the huge variety of manga they have, this app pisses me off.
