I have a problem with CastChat

- People blasting music

- No way to let friends know you are on

- Invite button doesn't refresh

- No age restriction

- People violating other kids

- No guarantee that those you join in a random chat are going to be in the same room in-game

- No option to automatically mute people who have been eliminated in the current game

- Disconnects from the room when you leave your game screen to put the password in

- No voice feature for mobile

To resolve CastChat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CastChat App
1. On android, goto Settings » CastChat » click [Force Stop]

Clear CastChat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CastChat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CastChat.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CastChat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CastChat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
