I subscribed for a month plan of 50 hours and it states that the package is vip still I can't play a single game just stuck in queue for several hours is this some kind of new trick of scamming people or if ur beggars just say so

Hi my son recently by accident logged me out of my account and when I logged back in my time was gone I still had like 70 hours of the 100 hours I was given when I bought the monthly premium VIP membership so if you could pls either put my time back on my account or if you could cancel the re curring cost before the 31st of Aug that's would be great thanks

It still won't let me play after I paid for it in angry at this app and the developers I will figure a way to take you all down in going to be very violent because you all are stealing my money with getting my hopes up to be able to play and the game all refuses me rights to play it and I paid I hope your children dies in your arms I put that on my wallet!!!!!!

Y'all customer service is poor and don't respond to our emails and complaints about the app. The app is causing data signal to drop and have to put phone on airplane mode and get back on the app constantly every time thru out game play fix this problem and stop just getting out money
