Force Stop the Amp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Amp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Amp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Amp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Amp.

Fix Amp unable to contact server/ Amp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Amp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Amp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
