ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts and company are a hassle to use your own contributed money. I miss the days of submitting my own receipts for my own money. They have the nerve to say pay it out pocket and submit receipt but the money in my account is from my earned wages so it is more for them and less for the customer usage. I am not a voluntary customer, forced to use by my workplace. Frustrating. They hardly answer any calls and have random days they are “out of office” must have like one employee. The card isn’t smart to distinguish HRA and FSA on its own which is why the user should have more ability to have power over what account is used. Give us two cards if your system can’t handle it!

This is the worsted app I never had, always errors, slow loading, problem with login. Most of the people at where I work have the same problems, I have the same problem with the website I don't know why they can't make better website and app?

My pretax account has not been funded yet. There is a problem with Physician Solutions and communication between them and ThrivePass and nobody will give me an answer. I need to get legal involved? Somebody get with me.

I’ve been having the worst experience trying to use the ThrivePass system. And while I can login to the web version my correct credentials don’t work on ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts . Go figure. Lame.

ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts gives me access to the info I nee, but the interface is confusing and requires too many steps to complete actions. Also I have to constantly quit ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts and relaunch it so things load properly.

For some reason the logins on the website and app are completely distinct and getting logged in to ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts at all is almost impossible. If you do get logged in and enable Face/Touch ID, everything is golden. Getting there takes a miracle.

Please lobby your HR/ Total Rewards team to move away from this horrid app that never works. I cannot explain how bad this is compared to actual HSA benefit administrators in the market. They must be really inexpensive because no one in their right mind would choose this solution. Do better! Be better!

There’s always some issue. Either ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts can’t connect to the internet which is weird because all the other 200 apps on the phone can connect. If connection is working then password is incorrect. Doesn’t matter if I copy paste it or manually input it. TRASH

ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts requires validation of three small amounts transactions. In reality they make only two. Therefore it is impossible to finish the valuation process. Trying to resolve the issue via emails was just one big waste of tome. Calling the support number is more or less the same. There are 10 people ahead of you....

Cannot pay my bill because they make it so extremely difficult to navigate the website and app plus there’s always an error. I’m great with technology and in school to be a web developer so I can tell when a website or app needs A LOT OF WORK. Can’t get ahold of anyone to help. Can’t pay my bill so they suspended my card and I can’t pick up my medication

Receipts after receipts, if you think this will save money and headaches saving up for healthcare think again. Be ready to deal with the world worst phone app and travel three extra times to same doctors office for better documentation. I would rather live with a broken tooth than deal with this company again. I’m leaving $300 on the table this year because I simply don’t have an estimated 10+ hours to finish the documentation their requesting.

Terrible app, terrible company, terrible system. Nothing ever gets approved and the constant need for receipts is so frustrating. Often receipts aren’t enough. ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts is poorly designed. It’s frustrating when this is your own money you pour into an FSA and they don’t let you use or make you go through a dozen hoops to do so. Other FSA handlers that my company has used is much more simple I wish they would go back. Idk how anyone supports this company.

Won’t allow me to log in although I have no problem doing so via the web browser version.

We are getting so frustrated not only by the constant proof of receipts where a bill isn’t proof enough but also the inability just to attach receipts before our cards are locked up and then unusable until we submit a receipt. Also sometimes receipts are more then 1 photo and I have yet to figure out how to add more receipts to a claim. You shouldn’t lock up our cards constantly it’s ridiculous! We also send proof! App is slow. Constant errors. Logs you out mid-session. Can’t upload multiple receipt images because you get error messages. Needs a lot of work to make this more user friendly.

Takes a very long time to load, sometimes not at all. Same with the investments portion. Often will not load at all.

ThrivePassPreTaxAccounts is only some what helpful. Some improvements might include a way to add receipts on the day of the transaction. Stops the possibility of lost paper. When asked for verification give more information than just a name, date of transaction and amount. Also give patient’s name and reason for visit and date of the visit. When multiple people visit the same clinic it gets confusing.

Menu bar easy to navigate. Very little latency between switching from one screen to another. But could not set up Medicine Cabinet and Pharmacy search does not work. I typed in the prescription and the pharmacy but search function seems disabled. Nothing happened.

Love being able to upload documents right from here. Ability to see my balances and claim history is amazing.

I love all the bells and whistles that the ThrivePass app offers. I especially like the barcode scanner. Super user friendly.
