I have reached out to Customer Service team multiple times in April 2024. At this point I have not heard back from them yet.
For others who are interested, this is an app that requires payment within VPN to continue the feature. If I ever heard back from them, I'll come back to the same platform and add an additional comment with this context. Until then it seems like they might have shut down and taken the money (my premium membership expires in June)
