You're scamming people! Give me back my money!
I have downloaded the app to try , I just tried the first day , didn't like it. Then I cancel it, for some reason it didn't go thrue and I was charged $98 dollars , I need my money back since the app doesn't work good .
Thought I was signing up for a 3 day trial, but was charged $90. I want my money back. Like others on this diacussion board, I canceled as soon as I saw I was charged (same day). Is there any hope of getting my money back?
I have the same issue. I signed up for the three day trial and cancelled on the first day because I realized it was not what I needed. I can't seem to get it cancelled. Please help. I will put American Express people on it if no response.
I was charged for the service even though I signed up for the 3 day free trial. I have the emails showing that I subscribed and cancelled on the same day, when I saw I was charged for the service. Please let me know when I will be receiving a refund for this service subscription.
