Incorrect W/L Statement - Doesn’t factor in promo/free bets

This app doesn’t work. Claims my lifetime net in FanDuel is -$900 when I can log in to my FanDuel and view lifetime winnings under the account balance tab and it says I’m +$500. Useless when it comes tax time and not accurate. I keep track of all my sportsbetting in excel and am net positive overall but this app claims otherwise. This app makes it more confusing for me to keep track of net winnings. I assume it’s because the app can’t distinguish between free/promo bets vs cash bets. If they can hash this out I will give 5 stars but as of now the app doesn’t work.
Edit: First bet ever placed was Nov 2021 so I doubt it’s the case that the app isn’t pulling my “too old” bets
