I have text several times already and keep getting sent to a place. For a free trial which I do not want. Here's the problem, every other chapter I get an ad that a plain white screen. So then I have to reboot to read the next chapter , then I try to go and reboot all over again. And yes every one I have text, I get the same answer each time. Yes my phone is fully charged. The texting customer service, every time I text the person asks me what my problem is after I just texted my problem.
