I cancelled my subscription (which was supposed to be free) and I want a refund. Rebecca Evans
I have no idea how I got charge by this app, I did not purchased. There is no way to cancel it now. I want my money back.
Some how free qr code reader this is not. I came across a subscription charge working on our taxes. This is my second attempt to contact this company. So far no response. They are near impossible to find how to cancel, but since I never subscribedto a not needed service, I want a refund!

I believe I had this on my phones from the days it was free. New phone and had to re-download. Do not remember authorizing annual subscription ($39). It is not that valuable to me. From what I can tell there is not a way to cancel a subscription done in error - by an app or me.
Apples subscription model is getting frustrating to manage.
