Horrible user experience just trying to get app to work. Ultimately couldn’t get logged in.

The app was great up until I needed it to work and then all of a sudden the app constantly freezes. I hate to leave such a negative review, but it’s pretty disappointing when you have an event and there’s no feedback or reason why it all of a sudden stopped working. I tried disconnecting from the internet etc but does not work. I suppose if you’re not going to connect an external camera it’s OK but I’d choose something else if you’re running a business.
