NO SOUND!
I read the previous reviews and tried the developer fix. Still no sound. When I try to send them an inquiry in the app, I fill-in all of the info including the msg and get and error msg saying I need to enter a msg when I try to hit send. There should’ve been a lot more regression testing before putting this into production.

Does not work
The very first step is to center the globe and point it at a brachiosaurus and it does nothing. I have tried to reload the app and Nothing. So disappointed in this. Would def not recommend the headache it brings to the parents of kids who are excited to use it and can’t.

Doesn’t work
It won’t get past telling me to match the brachiosaurus to the star on screen, but shows no star on screen or anything via my camera. Going to have to return
