Brain Test 2: Tricky Stories Reviews

... this game is really fun and I enjoy playing it however there are a few issues I have with it. One is that some of the boards don’t work correctly. For example if I’m trying to move something it won’t move it quickly enough or easily enough for me to complete the action within the allotted amount of time. For example during one scene Betty is underwater and you have to get her safe. So in order to do that… Warning here for anyone who doesn’t want to spoiler alert… you have been warned… You have to take the legs off of the octopus and put stars over top of the nubs before they grow back. It took me forever to get all of those done because I couldn’t pull the leg off and move the star to the nub quickly enough before it grew back. And then if I tried with star already over top of it before I pulled it off I couldn’t pull the leg off. It’s very frustrating.

As well sometimes things just won’t work at all. one particular time I can think of was during a scene where you had to make her warm. There were sheep and scissors so naturally you reach for the scissors to cut some pull off. However it would work until I used a clue where it said wall is warm. So that becomes a huge issue when you have to use your clues to learn something you already know.

Ok so I normally don’t write reviews but on BrainTest2 I absolutely have to! I mean this game game is so much fun and it is a great way to pass time. Ok so this might be a spoiler but on the last level of the Mac. Brian family your supposed to drag each item into each door, well I did that and bought a hint and and apparently I still did it wrong I mean I get all of them right but them a giant X still appears on my screen. I really want a better hint for that level. Also please add more levels since I finished them all. That is my only concern overall great game! Ok so this is me editing the review later. This edit has nothing to with the game being bad (this might be a spoiler alert you have been warned) when you touch the mouse hole and wake up the mouse which scares the technician and he drops the paper, I was curious on where exactly did he go,I mean he just kinda sank into the floor! Please respond to this as soon as you have time. That’s all and thank you for reading this.

Just WOW. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this game! I have completed all the levels and they are SO FUN! I like that there is a storyboard for the characters and you see a few familiar characters. (Yes I am talking to you Tom the Cat) I like Bad Luck Betty a lot and Smith and Joe. Betty is extremely UNLUCKY. These are wonderfully thought out storylines and fun to meet all the characters! I have no concerns at all. If you see an inappropriate add just exit and get back on the game. The people who made the game (who are amazing by the way) can’t control ads and do their best to help. This game deserves the review and I want the people who made the game to know: PLEASE don’t stop making new levels (and more rain text games please)! They are wonderful and y’all are amazing wonderful people. You have huge imaginations (that’s a good thing) and put them to good work! Please never stop! I would definitely recommend this to everyone! DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! Please Download it, you won’t regret it.

I am so addicted! It is really fun. Fortunately, I don’t get the inappropriate ads except for one or two, but I know y’all can’t control that. I don’t mind the amount of ads. As long as I get lightbulbs haha 😛 the levels are challenging and the clues are ridiculous but they helped me out more than they haven’t. Please don’t make the levels easier because I enjoy the challenge and I don’t mind watching ads for FREE lightbulbs for hints. I like that it’s optional to spend money or not and it’s not forced on me like some apps.

ONE PROBLEM THOUGH.... it seems as though I’m the only one with the problem and idk if it can be fixed, but BrainTest2 overheats my phone like a lot. I did try to research other alternatives but I narrowed it down to BrainTest2 being the culprit. If this can fixed that will be awesome, but if not then I understand :) thank you for an doing great job!

OK so I love this game but there are two problems one is that the ads when I’m done watching an ad then the whole screen goes black and I can’t get out of anything and once I was trying to watch a video that was super long and it was two minutes and then after it just turned black then I go back into the game when I’m done double clicking and I lost all my hints also number twoAt level 13 the prison escape ads are super unhelpful and one saidClick on him to start moving and then hint number two said move the blocks to control or he’s moving but it didn’t work I’m still on that level end it really likes this ad and keeps on playing it over and over and over again and it gets really annoying and you’re an when you’re trying to listen to An add he game music blocks it out

I really like puzzles and brain games like this, but there’s one problem. Some of the ads are REALLY inappropriate. For example, there’s one add from the game chapters, and there was a girl that was sad. So another girl comes up and says “do you want a drink?” And the girl accepts her offer but then later you see the same girl that offered the drink on the floor with her legs open and the other girl is like “I’m drunk” and the options are something like I’ll try or I’m too young. And in only 11 (it’s 2020) ant there’s also one add from episode of this girl saying in her head to another girl, “She’s so hot.” So can you please remove these adds? For the sake of young children? Other than that, I love this game and recommend it for everyone out there!

To the creator of BrainTest2, you can find out what adds to remove if you download the game yourself then remove these sexual adds. It’s just a tip for you if this will work!

I would totally recommend this game!
The pros are... that there are stories that you get to follow! It has 2 helps if the one isn’t and helpful, then the other one is! I love the stories that they chose! I’ve finished about 4 or 5 and they are awesome! Whoever made this game was really smart! I like this game because some of them are challenging and others are a little easier. Every time I get on my phone, I usually go to this game. There are many more pros but that would take forever to write so here is the con... ADS. Every time you finish a level, you have to watch a ad and sometimes they are like 1 min long. But other than that, I don’t think there are any more bad things about this game. And the “bad” thing is what every game has so this game is pretty much perfect!

Brain test is like the best game ever I finished brain test one and now I’m on the high schoolLevel of brain test two and I love it it’s so fun I think in the new levels are the best but I think they should add new levels to make it more entertaining One problem that I’ve had is the ads take forever and sometimes you don’t get your prize that drives me kind of insane and I say screw BrainTest2 sometimes I had it before and then deleted it but then I re-download it and I had a lot of problems with it but I still love to get it I think that you should be able to play against other people like a race to finish a level first one done goes moves on to another person and then it’s like a tournament

Okay so great game really fun but there’s a few things that are just concerning. The first few levels just make me sad and not like my body and I honestly hate it. So basically you have change a person’s complete lifestyle just because they are apparently “fat”. And I was wondering for what? Because she feels bad about herself? No. She’s unhealthy. That would have been completely fine but No. it’s to apparently make her “pretty” and “hot”. But she was already beautiful. And the fact that this is 9+ is unbelievable and terrible. For one, a oversized innocent child could stumble across this game and try it and on literally the first level they feel bad about their bodies. Secondly that same or different kid could watch one of the totally inappropriate ads and become a gross sicko. Speaking of ads way to many of those I can barely play. Anyway I think the age should be a little higher because this is unacceptable. And remove the first few levels I would love this game if these things would be changed 🫤

This game is very very good. However I have one thing I must say. A lot of the adds are inappropriate and I have seen them and read reviews. But that’s not my problem. The problem is that one of the appropriate adds I downloaded. The adds one THAT add got a little bit much, but eventually I downloaded another one they showed as ‘appropriate’. That app had NO good adds all them were completely inappropriate and I had nightmares from the images they showed. I’m not even kidding! Now I know that this is not your fault but it is a little bit. I only ask that you look at the apps you advertise before you advertise them so that entire chain of events doesn’t happen to somone else.

I played through the first Brain Test game (and am still waiting for more levels :) ) so, it was a nice surprise when I found the developers had made another part...
I LOVE the storylines! I think it’s really creative and cute!

For those having issues with ads...literally just turn off your WiFi and put on airplane mode. Solved. (If you need to watch ads for hints, turn WiFi back on).

I didn’t need to use many hints to finish the game (maybe 4?) but the hints are not...that great. They’re a bit too vague at times and other times, completely arbitrary.

My one criticism would be the glitches. Developers, please fix!! This would happen in the first game as well—I go to try and move something or pick it up and nothing happens. Then, out of frustration, I’ll close the game and come back later—ONLY TO FIND THAT MY ORIGINAL METHOD TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE WAS CORRECT, THE OBJECT JUST WOULDN’T MOVE 😭 so frustrating, but a minor criticism considering the overall enjoyment of the game!

Overall, I LOVE this game, I appreciate that it’s free, the ads don’t bother me and I am eagerly awaiting the roll-out of more levels ☺️ Thank you!

Ok I like the game overall but there’s one tiny detail. THE CLUES ARENT HELPFUL AT ALL. So I was doing Prison Escape Level 13 and I was helping Andy get through the vent when I realized that THERE ARENT ENOUGH BOXES FOR ALL OF THE GUARDS. So I got hints and the first hint said that to move I had to touch the screen which was NOT helpful. So I tried the second hint. It said to MOVE THE BOXES TO BLOCK THE GUARDS. So i was like seriously this is crazy. So you really need to improve that. And then I wish that you didn’t have to watch an ad for everything so you need to change that like maybe you should have some things FREE for a little bit like maybe watch an ad for everything free but you only get it for a few minutes. Thank you for listening. I’m only a kid on her grandmas iPad but I know that BrainTest2 needs improvements. Thank you ok bye 🙂

Hello developers! I just wanted to tell you this game is amazing, I’ve played it many times over. Also I have some ideas on what stories you could make next. However first off…. At the end of a the game you should be able to pick multiple stories that were your favorite. I would pick, Smith and Joe parts 1 and 2, Agent Smith, Monster Hunter Joe, Prison Escape, Bad luck Betty, and the new one, Captain Mary. But I can only pick one, so I thought I’d tell you all my favs. Anyway, I think you should get another one with both Smith and Joe, they work together quiet well. Also they need new stories about themselves separately. Joe and Smith need new personal adventures! Also you should make a “Captain Mary and Joe”, because in Captain Mary, she comments that it would be ‘good to bring Joe on these booty hunts’ so making one with them both provides you with a new story and possibly a new end of level comment or joke.

Keep up the great work and keep making cute new characters!

Good side of the game: This game is very fun, and I love it! I really like the little notes you get after clearing levels and the fact that they can make me laugh sometimes. I also love all the adventures you can play. In my opinion, the best adventure is probably Agent Smith. In Agent Smith, you get lots of funny notes and it actually challenges my brain.

Bad side of the game: yes, the game is really fun, but I only have 1 tiny problem: I have to get way too many ads. I get ads almost like every 2 levels and that just ruins all the fun.

But overall, on a scale of 1 to 100, 1 being the worst and 100 being the best ratings, I give this game 100. Despite the ads, I really love this game. Thank you for reading to my Review!

This game is good and all, the questions are creative, but I hate to say the there is inappropriate ads that young children should not see. If you do not want your kids to see these ads, then delete this game, or buy the “no ads” option. But this game is great. The scenes are great, the riddles themselves are great, and I love a good brain teaser once in a while. The riddles make sense and they funny. But can you please fix the whole ad thing, because it makes me and other people uncomfortable. Please don’t get mad, because if other people get the ads, and you fix them, people will love this game and be the best riddle game in the whole world.

All in all, this game is the best AND most fun riddle game I have played AND will play. Thank you for making this game and keep up the good work!😁

Good game but here me out,1:look it’s a hard game witch makes it cool but here is the Problem the clues are horrible like on the farm one it was hard for number 3 and you get coal,candle, scissors , and a match I did everything I could and it said the girl was cold so I took the scissors and tried to cut the wool from the sheep ok nothing next I try to make a fire nothing....ok? How about a clue right? And do you know what it said wool is warm and I was like.....🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I did that already so I tried everything you could do on that stage and nothing.....😥🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😢🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬(would not recommend) and don’t give me excuses creator......😌 look I know you did your best and people reading this don’t hate me this is a good game but try making clues better also when I click to move nothing happens so I’m sorry for being rude but this game could use an update

I was just playing and I had to use an ad for the second hint and I had to watch two which is understandable but on the second ad I hit close when the ad was done and it didn’t close and I had to exit out of the game and I had to rewatch the same 1:00 long ad, and I know this isn’t completely their fault but I think that’s something they could maybe work on. And I think the first hints should be informing about something a little less obvious because I normally have to use both hints because the first one is something I already did. But other than that I love the game and I play it every day and don’t take this offensively I just want to help the game be the best it can .

In the first few levels the ads start off easy, showing one every 2 to 3 level, but after like level 10 the ads get brutal. Then after you beat one pack there is an ad after every single level. Like what’s the reason for that? I get that y’all need money, but there shouldn’t be a reason why there is an ad after every single level.

Some of the levels are too difficult to understand without tutorials and both of the hints, making the game extremely frustrating and without using the tutorials and hints, sometimes I get stuck on a level for almost 30 minutes, randomly swiping the screen not knowing what to do because nothing will move.

This game is absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed playing it and despite the amount of ads, it’s a wonderful game and it’s super fun and addicting. I really think that there aren’t as many ads as Brain Test (the first game) which is a big improvement. I love that there are different categories and once you get a hint, any time you go back to a level that you used a hint on, you can use the hint again without having to use the light bulb things or watch an ad. Although it’s amazing, I will say this: maybe have some rewards that you don’t have to watch an ad for. Anyway, super fun game! I can’t wait for more levels!

EDIT: The Fitness level is so offensive. Like, wow. One star and deleting.

The game is okay. I liked the first Brain Test better. I don’t need specific story lines in the game, but it doesn’t bother me. The real problem are the hints and the ads. Some of the hints are way too vague, but it’s not too bad. The ads, though. You literally cannot play the game unless you’re looking at an ad. You need ads for the hints, which make sense, but why do I have to watch an ad for pretty much every round? When it takes me literally 10 seconds to figure out a puzzle, but then I have to watch a 30 second ad, it makes no sense. At least you could skip most ads in the first Brain Test, in Brain Test 2, I feel like I’m spending most of my time just watching ads. They only get two stars because the game is decent despite the millions of ads.

It’s amazing game it’s justIt’s amazing it’s so cool the cool things likeMaking the person walk up the stairs and making her chase the chips .it’s so fun it’s just I need to put more levels if you don’t put more levels you won’t have more fun you have to redo them all over againAnd it’s just it’s good as a game but it just needs more levels that’s what I think levels are good but it’s not good without my levels me and my sister think it’s a four-star with you it’s a good game but more levels so people who read the reviews and play the game and if you ever see anybody who made the game say you need to add more levels to brain test 2 because if somebody rewards the person for a good game it wouldn’t be a good game because it needs more levels like trying to save a puppy and a kitten because they’re locked in a cage in a pound so that’s what they should do I think it’s just the right choice and if nobody else thinks that you’re wrong because it needs more levels no levels like an octopus trapped in cage hundred under the ocean with a shark and it didn’t know how to score ink so you you would have to tap it to score ink and then ordeal that Mark like the one that does when you play the game after you done it right so that’s what I think it needs just a little more levels so yeah can you please add a little more levels please and if anybody reads this is going to be Way too long

So this game is good but there are 4 whole reasons why I give this 3 stars. So if anyone developers, parents, kids, teens, read this it’s gonna be a decent amount long if your going through my review. 1. In the preview, (just the video the photos are right) only some of those levels were in the real game, which is sorta disappointing not gonna lie. Some of those I looked forward to as well, so could you please add those levels? 2. It was fun at first but then I eventually completed every single level. There is 13 parts and each have at least 20-26 levels in it. So 13x20=260 levels, 260 isn’t bad and I’m greatful that there is that many levels just can you please add more every now and then? 3. Why the heck did u put a premium mode!? It’s hard to get it and spinning the wheel to get it isn’t gonna work. It always does something next to it. And I spun that wheel 3-4 times and still no premium! 4. When I did the last level in the 13th part something popped up outta nowhere saying pick which one was your favorite so we can use that suggestion to make more like that. And dude. I had more than one I liked. Why can’t we choose more than one part of the 13 parts that we liked? Your welcome I guess.

I absolutely love it. But way too many ads. Some levels are a little stressful because you are timed. My dad and me absolutely love it, LOVE it it is so fun. I want to play all of the versions. But after the high school one I stopped playing because I finished it and there was no more.🥺I really just want some more game because it is so fun but the ads really bugged me. Every time I want a hint because I am not that good at this, I have to use the lightbulbs I don’t think 20 is worth a minute long ad so it’s it’s a really good game but the ads you really need to work on that. I’m stuck on the first like 20 puzzles and I have to watch SO MANY ADS just for 20 light bulbs and some of the puzzles you have NO CLUE on what to do it makes no sense like no one in the right minds would think to spread your fingers across the moon to enlarge or have an idea that Cindy is hiding a can of junk food behind her back. Like I had to watch so many ads because the puzzles make no sense. They aren’t tricky at all they are scamming you to watch ads so other companies pay them because people might buy the product. I also get ads about this game like why would you put ads on a game were already playing. They just want visits on their app. Sorry this is a long review just wanted to tell you. Also false advertisement because it doesn’t show that you have to chose a certain chapter you could call it.

PS….. One time I got 3 ads one after another, In a row after watching another ad.

I was soooo close to giving this game 5 stars. But I just couldn’t...

Ok, so, my first problem is that there are SO MANY ADS I have one after almost every level. Which, I do understand that that’s how you make money from games. But... there’s also in app purchases. Which gets kinda annoying. So, just for those people who also have trouble with ads: turn off your WiFi, the game still works but you won’t have any ads😉 sooo, now you’re probably thinking that it’s stupid for me to complain about the ads and then just say that you can turn your WiFi off, but that also means that you can’t watch ads to get special things at the end of some levels. (I don’t usually do those.) But sometimes I just feel like doing them, but then I have to turn the WiFi back on and wait forever for the ads to work again.

My second problem is that there aren’t new levels often enough. I’m stuck doing the same chapters/levels again, and again, and again. I actually haven’t been playing lately because of that. It’s just not fun anymore. Please add new levels soon!!

I love this game and can’t wait for Brain Test 4. I cant help seeing people complain about too many adds, but I know that is how you get paid since this is a free game. Some people are very rude about a simple thing. I hope it doesn’t bother you developers too much since you’ve worked so hard on this game. I love it and hope you don’t get as many hate comments. To me this game is worth five stars, even if there are a few bugs.

(P.S. I notice how you developers have tried your best to respond to most of the comments and how you are very polite, even to the rude ones. It takes a lot to do that.💕)

I used to play this game all the time and thought it was really fun, but then school started and my phone got taken away. After I finally got it back, I played some other apps for a bit and then decided to play this. I tried opening BrainTest2 but it just showed a yellow-ish screen with the Fitness With Cindy chapter. I had already finished that one so I tried scrolling through the chapters to find which one I left off on. Except I couldn’t scroll through and the screen was stuck on the Cindy chapter and the screen was still yellow-ish. I closed BrainTest2 and re-opened it, but this time it was a white screen with the Cindy chapter behind it. I tried closing BrainTest2 and re-opening it many times, but I still couldn’t scroll through the chapters and the screen was still white. I closed BrainTest2 and gave it a couple seconds to load and then re-opened it. It still wouldn’t work. I think you guys should know this so you can fix it so I can play it and so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. It’s a fun game, I just haven’t been able to play it.

This is totally a 5-star app; don't get me wrong. Beside the bad grammar and sentence structures that plague this game and every other game I play (Minecraft is the worst in this respect), and that I would expect more from a game devoted to testing one's brain, it's great. Yet the 19th level in the fifth story does not work. The second clue says "Turn your phone to move the car." When I turn my phone, it goes into Landscape Mode, and nothing happens. Please don't be like all other game companies and make me eMail you. Just please fix it! Thank you in advance.

Edit: Sorry to bother you, but as it turns out, I can't complete any level wherein you are required to turn the device (I have an iPhone XR). It no longer goes into Landscape Mode, but they still don't work at all. Also, I do not think this is 100% family friendly (I'm deleting it because of the Crazy High School thing. People want to complain about the "fat-phobia" when there is a character WITH A LITERAL CROP TOP.).

This game is barely playable, at least on my iPhone. You have to line up and tap exactly where the game wants you to in order for your action to count, which is frustrating when you are sitting there knowing exactly what to do and having to do the same action 50 times before the game processes the action as correct, or even worse, you are trying other things that don’t work because the correct action misleadingly didn’t work the first handful of times. Instructions and what the stage is asking you to accomplish is usually not clear nor logical. Obviously it’s a puzzle game, so hints should be on the screen and require some creative thinking, but some things just don’t make sense at all. There are not as many ads as some other games, but be aware that you’ll still be sitting through a lot of them, also.

So don’t get me wrong I enjoy the game but it does have set backs, first WAY to many adds you have to watch them (unless you want to pay money)to get clues and there’s one after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL can we please tone it down just a little also it’s possible that this is just my device but this is the only game I experienced this with at such a short time period . This game overheats my device every time I play, and I can only play about four levels smoothly, the rest of the time it’s glitchy and slow, this makes me very frustrated because I very much enjoy playing your game , it’s fun with lots of exiting challenges and i hope it keeps expanding. Yours truly, a devastated user .
