I don’t know why I expected AustinISD to be even halfway decent but alas AISD never ceases to amaze. It is unfortunate that we are all used to this district failing us or coming up short. AustinISD is a pain is the butt just like all the other AISD services. I’d say look elsewhere but unfortunately this is your only real option. So...Do better AISD!

Doesn’t remember my info, so I get to rewrite my name, enter my school etc... every morning to get the green check mark. Has ghost blank messages you must click on to get rid of the message alert. Pretty terrible app.
Oh boy a bug fix update: nothing is fixed. Sigh.

App always crashes when opened even after redownloading AustinISD several times

AustinISD immediately crashes upon opening. Please fix this.

Poor UI, doesn’t remember any info. Useless outside of AISD, genuinely an awful app

So don’t get me wrong, AustinISD does work it’s purpose and allows you to get the green checkmark in order to walk in to the building. But if you think further in depth to what you’re checking off, what is that day you happen to have a headache or diarrhea from something that didn’t agree with your stomach, they are not necessarily symptoms for Covid, you just had a bad day. So if you were to select yes because of one of those particular symptoms, you’re automatically given a red checkmark and not allowed into the building. I believe there should be an additional box to provide an explanation to the particular “symptom” you’re having for that day.

Keeps me in the know. Works fine. Wish we could access a little more here as it would be convenient but it works for intended purposes.

It works, it’s easy, although mildly pointless. But it checks a box from someone in a suit, so whatever.

Great app! Easy to use and simple layout! Love that we can stay connected and help ensure the safety of others using the COVID-19 screening feature!
