I have a cricut. And although this machine just generally never works and has problems. I continue to try to use it. On apple (since it also does not work with chromebook), i tried restoring my purchase (since I have it all) and finding just a simple login button. There is just NO login or account option. In addition, you cannot restore a purchase, just make a new one. So i deleted this terrible, finicky app. I ransacked the internet for hours trying to find anything to help me. Customer service was no help either. So I am returning my cricut. I will not give it another chance. if this is cricuits way of making people buy a different cricuit, I am glad I got rid of mine. Good riddance terrible app and machine.

I will change my review if I could actually get in contact with someone who can credit back my account, I thought I would try it out with the 3 day free trial and day 4 I forgot about until the money was withdrawn from my account, so I instantly canceled the subscription and have yet to have my funds deposited back into my account and I click on DesignCreatorSpace to try an find a customer support and there’s absolutely nothing, no way no how in being able to speak with someone about this matter that I NEVER even Used for that amount of money is crazy!!

I purchased this thinking it would have a lot of cool projects and fonts and it’s a total dud. Constantly crashes, just closes itself, and has the same few useless projects for over 2 months. Haven’t used it to make a single thing. Wish I could get a refund.

They take your money and then you can’t get on to make anything. User name and password doesn’t work. You can’t contact anyone for their services, no help.
It says on the bottom of their agreement page, if any question please contact us. There is no link or web address listed.

so i pay 10 per month for what??? I can't use my program and you want to sell me more apps. What is going on with this company???? I'm ready to throw everything in the garbage. This is so upsetting. I was able to make cards, etc. NOW, I can't even make the program work. It will not even open up. I am disgusted.

I just started the free 3-day trial and fought with this for the past 30+ minutes. I can’t make anything - nothing at all! So I decided to read some reviews. DO NOT fall for this! I’m going to contact the US Attorney General and report this company. They clearly are committing FRAUD! Everyone else that got ripped off should too! Plus they’re using the Cricut name and this isn’t Cricut!

I was getting DesignCreatorSpace so that I had a bigger screen to work on other than my phone and when I downloaded it there is no login button. the only thing that it lets you do is rebuy the same thing. it also won't let you restore your purchase. I wouldn't suggest this for someone who already has a membership.

I downloaded DesignCreatorSpace. I was excited about it! I almost grabbed the free trial! BUT I’ve fallen for it already time and time again. So I came here first! This is the second time now I have saved myself from a scam! Please please do the same from now on. Do not give any app any information until you have read reviews. At this point there are more scams than legitimate apps, online stores too 🙄

If I could give negative stars I would. I try not to give negative reviews to products but here I am!!! I thought I was going to put DesignCreatorSpace to such great work, NOPE!!! Not the case! I tried on several occasions to get DesignCreatorSpace to work and I would get projects all worked out, it would not “send”. PLEASE OH PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Before reading the reviews i had purchased it got the three day free trial and i was trying to use DesignCreatorSpace and nothing you can not do anything with it . The way you cancel it before it makes the purchase i had put report problem signed into my apple id submitted my complain put it under fraud and after it should show pending purchases and you click the one for DesignCreatorSpace and it'll let you cancel the purchase

i tried to download DesignCreatorSpace so that i could make my designs instead of always using my phone. when i went to the subscription area it looked exactly like what was on my phone so i got the subscription. however i caouldnt edit my stickers or anything. now theres no opton to cancel my subscription so now i screwed and have to pay the $30 a year. DesignCreatorSpace is NOT worth is and if i could give it less than one star i def would have

I bought my Cricut because I wanted to do some amazing projects on vinyl and shirts. To date I haven't accomplished any off these because there seems to be no such thing as 99 free designs that are even worth using. Then I signed up for a paid one which wasn't all that now you have the 50%off one that I am sure is probably no better. And I can;'t afford to continue to spend money on machines that continue to ask for more money and dosn't work!!!!

I bought this for my wife who enjoys crafts and being creative. The only thing DesignCreatorSpace has created is frustration to the point she wants to take the product back to the store.

We were so excited to buy the Cricut. One week in we have not completed a simple, single project of typing out two names to put on rocking chairs we bought as a gift for grandparents for no other reason that DesignCreatorSpace constantly crashes. (Yes, we've updated everything that can conceivably be updated and attempted on multiple Apple devices including iPad, IPhone and MacBook Pro.)

What could be an enjoyable simple 10 minute exercise turns into an hour long troubleshooting session of endless frustration.

If you want to frustrate and torment someone for the holidays, this is a perfect give.

I am new. I have begun working more. I was just getting where I was feeling comfortable when the whole system quit working. I worked on maker one day and the next all I am getting is a blank screen. I am subscribed to cricut access so I am assuming either the site is down for updating. If that is so, it would have been nice to know. Trying to get assistance is impossible. Even from the info I have, the phone numbers aren't answered or not working. So, right now I'm very disappointed in the whole set up, not the machine, just the set up.

I’m a mom of a fireman who is never here, so my only time to work is at night. When my three kids are finally asleep. One in my baby sling. ;)
When I sit down to work my Cricut explore air 2 my hubby got me for Xmas is still not working for my phone or Mac book.
There should be a better guide or maybe mine got lost and was never attached to my Cricut for trying to make my computer and Cricut understand each other doesn’t seem to fit.
Working on it again tonight.

I bought this for my husband to use since he does more with cricut. He downloaded it through shared apps in Apple Store but its trying to make him pay for a subscription on his phone when all the subscriptions are paid with from my account.

if i have to pay hundreds of dollars for the machines and then over $100 yearly and have to deal with the WORST software known to man, that is not only insulting as the consumer who helps contribute to its success, but its beyond aggravating. This is now my 3rd or 4th time having to completely delete and re-install DesignCreatorSpace because it simply does nothing. OR you're paying for plain jane designs. just not impressed.

I got this to start out instead of buying the bigger more expensive machines. So far so good except the transfer tape is extremely difficult to use when you have just weeded out a piece and it doesn't adhere. I use it on my phone if in a pinch or laptop.

I’m love the cricut app but every time i sign in to create a project it closes out. Even now as im typing this the words aren’t visible in this chat box. I’m using iPad 11 pro, please help.
