After purchasing SMMHUB but I can no longer view the template categories, I tried redownloading SMMHUB but it still does not show. It only gives me a few templates for story.

Bad experience.

First of all, I spent $9.99 for the launch guide. It was absolute garbage. The most generic content ever. I wish I could get a refund. Secondly, like others have mentioned, not enough options. Way more better apps out there.

After updating to 3.19 version, it starts freezing and jumping out of app whenever I added a photo to the design. Now SMMHUB is useless till they fix their developers unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge.

I subscribed the 29.9$ course and the “personalized” instagram for 9.9$. It’s not NOT PERSONALIZED. It’s the most generic boring poor written content I’ve ever came across. Just telling you what to do (generally) without telling you how to do it. No examples no materials no samples no templates. Extremely disappointing.

Sorry but there are way too many other GREAT apps out there today, that at least give you more to try out before you have to commit to subscribing! Plus, these templates and options are nothing special at all. Outdated looking and super boring, typical “click-art” style. No thanks.

There’s a problem with SMMHUB . I can’t make it work today which is frustrating because I’m working on my posts for social media.

I purchased the lifetime of $20 which made more sense than to keep paying $7 or $8 a week. There was another “special” for $30 which was supposed to have 11 lessons. It was supposedly originally $300 something. It did not have the 11 lessons anywhere. All of the additional courses were extra fee. There is no way that I can get my money back. This is misleading. the pre made templates aren’t bad but there are only a few selection. Not worth the money. Would not purchase again.

They seem good but I couldn’t even edit one picture because it’s not free at all!

SMMHUB is good but I was very disappointed that it does not support Arabic fonts’ alignments!

Will be great to have that fixed.

Also to add more templates and to be able to control/ choose the colors of the items in the template

Feeling frustrated. While I really like SMMHUB I’m frustrated because I purchased it to use with my business account but it goes directly to my personal account. I’ve reached out to support a couple of times but have received no word. It may be an easy fix or not fixable, either way I would appreciate knowing.
Having said that, it does what it was meant to do and it does it nicely.

Will try first
