I hate it because I have to buy everything wich is hard because I am 8 and this game is so not fun my 4 baby brother’s👶🏻cried 😖🥺😭all because of this stupid😕 game I I’m just telling you I hate😑 is and omg it is so annoying I will not spend my money💘on the junk also this game guess what I was playing it and my iPad shut off and all my apps where deleted i am so mad😡🤬😭🙄 and it glitches all the time so fix that I hate you whoever made the game I hate it and one time when it deleted my app’s it got rid of all my characters in Gacha wich I worked very hard on😖👎🏻 so bless🙏🏻 your sorry 🍑 for making this stupid game I hate you and I hate the app if you fix it I will say i hate your sorry good for nothing 🍑🙄good bye nerds I hate you all I hate you all who made the game
Please fix my $60 purchase!

I wish I could rate this game higher as my Grandchildren have a good time when their able to play. I purchased the $60 subscription for my apple id so they could play on my ipad and another $60 subscription so they could play on their ipad. They played for a while and now it says I need to buy it or restore the subscription with six months remaining on my purchase! Reached out and customer service is useless! I will turn to Apple to help with a refund!
Subscription isn’t working

I subscribed to this for my granddaughter in July of 2021…… so the yearly subscription isn’t due to renew for 4 months yet. She tried to play it today because she hasn’t played it in a while but it won’t allow her any access to the subscription! This is ridiculous because I’ve paid for a year and have only had access 8 months. I do not recommend this app!!! It’s a rip off. I will be canceling my his subscription.
