It WAS great…

First started using the app years ago on my Samsung and it worked great with no issues. I especially liked the widget function, which made it even easier to use. Tried the pro option, to get web accessibility, but that didn’t work all that well.
Recently I switched over to Apple and had a surprise when I downloaded this app — it no longer worked well! The widget has never once worked, I’m often faced with the app not working properly or as expected, and now with this latest 2024 June update the app has been rendered COMPLETELY UNUSABLE!! I can’t start the timer, view logged time, or anything of importance. I’m hoping exporting backup will at least allow me to view the time I’ve tracked over the past week, but I won’t hold my breath.
Very disappointed and frustrated.
Time to try find an alternative again…
Missing critical features

I have used this product on other platforms for some time. One of the basic features used to be backing up your data and reimporting it, without relying on timesheet.io own servers.
That feature does not appear to be present here. As the name of the clients I support is confidential, I cannot use a tool that must send such data to an unvetted third party. Unfortunately, timesheet.io is such a company, so this product is not an option for me on this platform (iPadOS). Bring back the ability to not have any telemetry back to timesheet.io, no backups to them at all, as well as use our own storage providers for backups and restores, and it will once again be my primary recommendation for coworkers to record their billable hours.

Have yet to find the dark mode on this app. Nor how to add bonus pay or just salary for different projects that don’t pay by hour. Perhaps something is being missed. It seems to be a good app when things are not difficult to figure out, if they exist. Enlighten me on this. Thanks
