Seriously LightroomPresetsLightBox is great. Im not great with thr lightroom app but this makes it soooooooooo easy. You just pick the theme you are going for and TA-DA its done and looks perfect

Bought LightroomPresetsLightBox by mistake thinking it was something else. I immediately cancelled the subscription and emailed support about a refund and the email was sent back to me because the email address they provided is not functional. Now when I went back to LightroomPresetsLightBox to see if there was any other way to contact them and it’s asking me to purchase again. Awful support and waste of money.

I paid the stupid $20 for the year long use of presets, I started using them and they worked fine the first day or two and then I go back to LightroomPresetsLightBox a few weeks later and it won't let me use a single preset without telling me to pay the $20 again, I checked it and all it says is that I've already paid the $20 plan!!! LightroomPresetsLightBox is useless to me now.

They say you can create cool layouts and fonts but they then make you install other apps for anything other than just changing filters. These also cost money and is not included in this actual subscription.

I contacted support twice after the filters doing nothing except change the geometry if I select that option. They wanted me to record myself using it even though I explained in detail what was happening. Definitely don't waste 20 dollars on this like I did.

No one the presets works I paid $10 for a one month package and no of them work. I’ve contact them three times the support team and left a message and have received nothing. I’m pretty sure LightroomPresetsLightBox is a scam!(I followed all the instructions and it still won’t work)

Bought LightroomPresetsLightBox by mistake. Didn’t realize you needed more 3P software to make work. Don’t have Adobe suite so I can’t even use. Paid for the full year :( please refund!

Thought that it was an alternative to using lightroom, it’s not. You still need to go into lightroom and plug in everything apparently. I would like a full refund. This is not what I expected 🤷🏻♀️

It says I have to load each preset like 5 times into my Lightroom app, did, directions don’t work. Want my money back I ant got time to download something 10 times I want to edit a picture,

Thought this was a editing tool, but apparently you need to go into Lightroom and still edit everything. Requesting money back!!

I don’t know how they are showing all of the 5 star ratings. This is the most ridiculous app. You have to copy and paste the preset setting for every picture you edit!!! So awful!
